I have flaws,
I've done things I'm ashamed of,
I don't want to meet you,
Up in heaven,
To confess all I've done.
You know it,
But I'm scared to admit it.
Lord,
You gave me someone,
When I was in need.
You let them show me,
I was living my life all wrong.
All those times I thought,
I'm doing this right,
I was wrong;
So terribly wrong.
Lord,
Show me the way.
Take me,
Do with me whatever you will.
I'm ready,
Lord,
To do what you ask of me.
My family stopped going to church,
But I started Bible study,
and now I see you,
Truly, I see you.
I didn't know this is how it could feel;
How I could feel so complete.
I am spiritually clean,
I don't feel gunky anymore.
You came to me,
Lord,
In my time of need.
Thank you,
Lord,
Help me to show others,
What you've done for me.
Lord,
thank you.
Oh, thank you.
