The Wrong Path

I'm ashamed of myself,

So lost am I in this world.

I've been shown the path,

But went down another one.

Lord you forgave me,

For all the sins that I've committed,

But will you please forgive me for this one?

You're a loving father,

And I know just what I need to do.

I've done wrong.

Tell me what to do next,

I'll do anything for you Lord,

Because you have patience,

And kindness,

That no one else will give me.

You showed me the path,

But I went down another one;

One broader and trampled.
