kayla's pov

michael nervously cleared his throat

"well me and joseph made a deal...you know?, before we got married"

"what deal?"

he paused and looked down

"joseph wanted us to have a baby right?"

"michael,get to the point!"

"okay so after you had the baby....joseph would umm get rid of you"

"get rid of me?"

"well you would be on the streets"

tears pricked my eyelashes, i thought michael loved me.

"how could you do this?"

"that time i hated you remember?"

"it's not about that michael, if it was anyone it would be so wrong, so cruel, separating a mother from her child. leaving her on the streets to fend for herself".

my heart was hurting so badly,

"MICHAEL SHUT UP!"

he looked at meshocked, i was the one who was supposed to be angry.

"you don't appreciate anything that i do for you, i saved you, i left everything and came here because of you, i didn't have to come, but i did, all because of YOU!"

i was crying as i walked out of the room. he held me back by grabbing my arm

"michael let go"

"no"

"let go"

"no"

i turned around and slapped him on his face. hard. his dropped to his side, he looked up at me, a single tear rolled down his cheek, his face was drawn, and it cast his features into a shadow. i didn't care how hurt he was.

"i'm leaving michael, right now, don't try to contact me, me and the baby won't be seeing you from now on"

"N-NO!, please kayla no!,don't leave me!, i love you so much-"

he started crying, sobbing.

i started packing my stuff into bags, he watched me begging me to stop. when i was done i started walking away. he held onto my leg

"please kayla i beg you don't go!"

i lookes down at him, he looked so pathetic

"doesn't this seem familiar?" i asked him

i kicked him with my heels, i picked up the bags and walked out of the room. i looked back just one more time. i don't know why did that but i could never forget michael he gave me so much to remeber. he was standing in middle of the room. so lonely, so forlorn. the sunlight cast beams of light over him, setting his whole body on fire. he looked like a fallen angel. i knew i would never see anything more beautiful. he was shaking slightly, crying. did angels cry?. i stepped out of the house, i would never know.
