Aaron pov

Aph and I lay on the flat roof of our abandoned apartment complex, looking up at the orange and red hues that cover the sky. I sit up and watch the beautiful sunset. And then I look down at Aph's hand, the ring I gave her shimmering in the light of the sunset. She sits next to me and sees me staring at her ring. I see her smile out of the corner of her eye and it leads me to smile as well.

"Why are you so happy? " she asks me, a playful smile stretching across her beautiful face. "I think you know the answer to that" I say, standing up with her. "Of course. This is the spot where you made me the happiest girl in the world. " she wraps her arms around my neck.

"Exactly." I smile at her short figure, looking up at me. "That was also when... you know..." she looks away sadly. "Why don't we focus on the happy stuff, like that beautiful smile you have. " I take her hands in mine. "Like the fact that we're engaged." I kissed her right hand. "I know, but we still need to get everything together before we can actually get married. " she reminds. "I know... But lucky us, the pizza Hut will be the last place we need to steal from before we can do all that. "

"Speaking of which, we should go over the plan. " she tells me. "Are you...being smart?!" I ask with a smirk and a chuckle. she punches my shoulder. "Shut up!"

I laugh. "Your right though. We do need to go over the plan." She stuck her tongue at me "you didn't have to make that joke, you jerk" she crossed her arms and pouted. "I'm your fiancé, it's my job to be a jerk." I give her a smug grin.

"Can we just go over the plan?" She grumbles under her breath. "Sure."

We began to go over our plan, Aph constantly reminding me of that pizza I promised her.

"Sounds like a plan." She smiled. She then looked down at her lap. Or at least, that's what I thought. "Hey Aaron...?" She looked at me. There was a certain feeling that I got from the look in her eyes. It was the feeling you get when you know something is wrong.

"Yeah Aph?" I ask her, worry laced in my voice. "I... I have something to tell you..." she looked me in the eyes.

My eyes widened at what she said next.
