WITHER JESSE Chp10: Expect the Unexpected...

                   I'M SORRY THIS CAME SUPER LATE I SWEAR I HATE SCHOOL SO MUCH... Anyway... My parents aren't home and I'm not supposed to be using Wattpad right now but I'm doing this since I want you to continue reading and enjoying my story and I'm also guilty of making everyone wait so long... so here... Hope you can forgive me! :-(

                    "Lukas..."

                   "Lukas."

                   "..."

                    "H-Huh? ... Who's there?..."

                   "LUKAS!!!"

                  

                         Lukas had woken up. And yes, the first thing he heard and saw while he was asleep was old man Ivor screaming his name at his face.

                    "What's your problem Ivor! Why were you screaming--"

                      

                       Suddenly, Lukas was interrupted by what exactly was Ivor screaming about. He saw everyone, Axel, Olivia and the others getting on the horses, ready to leave. He saw the Witherstorm shooting skulls... right at them... and these skulls were much bigger than those of normal Withers. And for some reason, the tentacles of each Witherstorm had hands. Hands that were much like human beings... except that they had sharper nails that seemed sinister if they were to make contact with them.

                       "Lukas lets go!!!" yelled Axel while Lukas was trying to ride one of the horses with Ivor. They then rode off.

                       

                       "What's exactly is going on?!?" questioned Lukas.

                      "I don't know okay! Ask Ivor--" 

                      "I DON'T KNOW EITHER, AXEL!!! It isn't supposed to have hands or--"

                      "Are you sure you aren't lying to us? I'm not sure if we can really trust you!" interrupted Olivia with a look of disgust on her face, as she resented him for Gabriel's death and Petra's current condition as she was riding with Petra.

                     "As they say, expect the unexpected." replied Soren, with annoyance.

                     "Shut up Soren. Let's go to my lab. We'll find out there. It's in the Far Lands."

                     "IN THE FARLANDS???"

                     "It's a secret lab! Besides! It's far, so we have more time to hide from the Wither!"

                     "He's right." said Ellegaard suddenly, who was quiet and stoic since Magnus died and Jesse changed.

                 There was a brief moment of silence.

                   "... Alright. I trust you Ivor. But you better do your best and not lie to us."

                   Ivor simply gave a faint smile, which seemed to be trying to give a "thank you for trying to trust me" vibe.

                 "We'll go to the lab right? Can we also find out how Jesse got, well possesed and how Petra can help like you said?"asked Lukas

                "For Petra, that's easy. I'll explain her when we get to the lab. But Jesse's situation is way more complicated. So we will all have to figure him out before a proper explanation." Ivor confimed with outright unease.

               There was yet, another pregnant pause.

                "Does this mean, he might... die?" Olivia was fearful, but she really needed to ask.

               "... I don't know Olivia... That's for us to find out." was all the bearded old mage could say back.

               "Olivia." said Ellie.

               "What is it Ellie?" replied Olivia quickly.

               "Do you want a peaceful world again?"

                "O-Of course! Even better if all of us including Jesse and Petra were alive!

               "Then let's go with the flow. Who knows, what if Jesse doesn't need to die. And even if he does, you still have the power to save others. Someone may or may not need to die. So let's just keep moving on and let's solve this! Okay, Olivia?"

               Olivia was shocked at first. Especially that her idol had talked to her and the words she emmitted from her beautiful lips. But then she answered.

                "Okay, Ellie. I'll comply. And I will try my best!"

               Ellie then smiled at her. And the Redstone Engineer looked more beautiful than ever. Olivia never thought someone so above her would talk and smile at her that way, despite the first impression she had given Ellegaard. But now she understood, and she simply smiled back.

                  "Let's do this!" yelled Axel, with motivation on his face

                  "Were you eavesdropping while I was talking to Ellie?" Olivia was seemingly annoyed.

                 "Lol, maybe."

                "Nevermind..."Olivia simply said as she looked away, in hopes to save Petra, who was very confused at the moment, and Jesse, her childhood friend whom she cares for dearly. And she also remebered--

                "Rueben."

                She wished to go back for him, tough Lukas said he couldn't find him either back when he was searching for Petra and Jesse. And if she did, there would have been another casuality. So she forced herself to just go on with the flow, like what Ellegaard had told her.

                 And they rode off to the farlands...

                   Yeah, well that's the end of the first chapter of Volume 2, I'll try to post the next chapter as soon as I can. But please continue to be patient. But I will also try my best to keep up.
