You shoot me down but i wont fall

Kayla's POV

They arrived at our house and the boys ran into the kitchen like starving animals. I sat on the couch, still looking at the comments that the fans left me, asking for me to come back.

JackJ came into the living room with 2cans of Arizona.

"Here you go," he said handing me one.

"Thanks," I replied not really paying attention while I was scrolling through my info to see how many people subscribed. And then I saw some familiar subscribers; Taylor, JackJ, JackG, Shawn, Matt, Carter, Aaron and even Nash+Hayes! They liked me for me, not because of who I was related to. No one could see my face, but they liked me for my humor and my singing. A smile spread across my face.

"Are you even listening?" JackJ asked, waving a hand in from of my face.

"What? I'm sorry Jack, I was just looking at something," I replied, putting my phone down so I wouldn't go on it again and be rude. Jack grabbed my phone and looked what I was just on. His jaw dropped along with my phone from his hands.

"Y-your undercovergurl!?" he asked me. I put my hands over his mouth, silencing him from making further noise. He took my hands off his mouth and led me to the backyard.

"And yes, I'm undercovergurl," I whispered as we both crouched behind the shed so no one would hear us.

He grabbed me into a hug and said, "I knew it, I knew you were hiding something but I never thought it was this!"

"You can't tell anyone," I said breaking the hug. A frown settled on his face.

"Ok, our little undercover secret then, undercovergurl?" he asked me as the frown turned into a playful smile.

"You got it," I whispered back. He took me by the hand and led me back to the house. By then all the guys arrived; Carter, Taylor, Aaron and they picked Hayes up from school. They still didnt know what Cameron says to me...

"Hey Kayla!" Carter yelled while giving me a quick hug.

"Sup Kay," Aaron said as we hugged. When we were hugging, I saw a flash of Taylor's bandanna go over my eyes.

"Taylor, what's going on!?" I asked with a giggle as he tied it around my eyes.

"You trust me right?" he asked.

"Yeah why?"

"Just hold on to me," he said as he led me somewhere and made me sit down which I think was the couch. I heard shuffling and bags being put on the ground. Finally, I feel Taylor's hands go on the back of the bandanna and pulls it off.

"SUPRISE!" they all yell. The boys sat in a circle on the floor, each with a bag that said happy birthday on it. There were streamers and balloons saying happy birthday too.

"Wait, is today my birthday?" I asked stupidly, I honestly forgot!

"Don't tell me you forgot again, Kay," Aaron says with a sigh.

"Sor-ry if I've been busy," I reply with sass😂

"Doing what?" Nash questions suspiciously, over protective brother😏😘. I want to say that I'm working on a new song for my fans but I don't want to tell them!

"Umm-" I said but thank god jackj did me the favor of cutting me off.

"Ooh! I call dibs on giving her the first present!" he yelled, giving me a wink.

"Not uh! Brothers go first!" Nash argued, forgetting about what he asked me.

"Your right," Hayes agreed, "that's why I'm gonna give her the present I got her first!"
