I woke up and heard the birds singing outside. I stretched out and put on my favourite sweater. I had become eighteen today! I quickly packed my stuff, which could fit in one bag, and I ran downstairs. I went to the bar at the beginning of the building. I could finally sign out here. Before I would leave, I made quick tour around the orphanage. I had so many memories here.

After I was done I finally said goodbye to everyone who meant something to me. Like a few teachers. I also said goodbye to the head. I could begin my journey!

Before I would explore the city I went to the banking house to get some money. Before my parents had put me here, they had set money on the banking house for me. They put me hear just after I was born. I still don't know why... My first mission was to search for them and know why they had put me away. After I got the money, I walked through the cold streets. I saw a few shops so I decided to go in.

After shopping and buying some nice souvenirs I saw a house with a board: "bed and breakfast" it sounded. I looked through the window and it looked warm and cozy, this could be good place to sleep. I rang the bell and a sweet old woman opened the door "Oh, hello dear!" "Hello Ma'am. I wanted to ask you if you have a place to sleep for me." "Of course! Come in, it's cold outside." I stepped into the house and I stood in a little hall. I put out my jacket and hang it on the coat rack as the little woman made some tea for me. "Are you coming from far?" She said as she filled a teacup "No Ma'am," I laughed a little bit "I'm from the orphanage. Today I turned eighteen, so I could go away." "Oh dear," she said as she grabbed a tin with cookies while we now sat on the table "Congratulations," "Thank you." "Do you want a cookie?" She said while she pointed at the tin, which I couldn't refuse "Yes, thanks." I grabbed a cookie and put in my mouth. "The breakfast is ready every morning at ten." "Alright." I nodded "And your room is upstairs." "Okay." I said as I took a sip of my tea.

After a nice conversation with the old lady, I went outside again to explore the city just a little more. I've been to the library and took a few books with me. It felt like a whole new world, now when I was at the age of eighteen. I walked with some books in my bags until I noticed something. I saw a pig black piano standing before the music shop. On the piano stood a board with big red letters: TRY ME. I quickly walked to the piano as I looked if there was no one around. He was in a really good state and I went to sit on the little chair before it. I played on it and the world faded away. Music had always been my first love, and when I played an instrument or listened to music I forgot everything around me, just like now. I closed my eyes and became one with the music.

When I opened my eyes again, I saw a boy gazing to me. His face was very close to mine as he hang on the piano "Woa...," he said "You play wonderful!" He had a very low, beautiful voice. "Thank you..." I said as it was already dark outside. We were the only one on the streets. I noticed he had also blue eyes and blonde hair, while he didn't look European. He actually looked a lot like me "Can I offer you a drink because you play so nice?" "If you want to.." I said standing up from the piano "Let's go." He said happily as we walked towards a pub.
