Opposing Forces

It's been more than half my time,

Back and forth.

It's like flipping a dime:

Heads- we get along,

Tails- it just gets worse.

It was April fourth,

I thought it would play like a song.

Now I want to see you in a hearse.

She said I do,

She tried to go,

She wont leave.

As if on queue,

You caused woe.

I wish it was make believe.

Get out of my life,

Before you get stabbed with a knife.

I'm not scared of you.

I hope you catch a flu.

Die for all I care.

I don't need you.

Fuck you.

We're opposing forces,

And she made stupid choices.

So this is actually an  incomplete poem that I started to write on 11-8-17 about 9pm.

My stepfather and I had just gotten into another fight and if my mother hadn't gotten between us, it would have gotten physical. Oh well.
