You think you've made your decision and slowly creep out of bed. Your silky, paper thin nightgown flows behind you as you walk out the door to Anti's room. His door is open a crack.
This is what I want.
You push open the door and see Anti who was toying with a knife with a cracked blade, sitting on the edge of his bed.
As soon as he sees you he stands up, but doesn't advance towards you.
His room is still filled with scratches and words, but you notice you can quickly walk over to Anti without stepping on any shards of glass or pieces of wood.
You approach him, him having a questioning look, and stop at his feet.
"Anti, I don't think I can do this."
He remains still.
"I tried. I really did."
You sigh. "I just can't handle the insanity hell that I have been pulled through."
"And... I just don't think that I'm the person you want. Because I might bring you into danger as well."
Here come the tears.
"I love you, Anti... I just... Can't."
Anti nods his head in understanding. His eye brows are furrowed in thought.
Then he suddenly pulls you into a kiss. You are taken aback, but at the same time you were hoping he would do that. And you kiss back, one last time.
He pulls back.
"Anti, I-"
"No. Forget it. I shouldn't have come." He starts to walk away. And you just stand there in the moment.
"I knew it..." He mumbles to himself. Then he glances at one of the scratches on the wall, "I KNEW IT!" Then he punches it, creating a hole.
"Anti-" You start to say urgently, trying to calm him down.
"You're just like him!" He turns towards you.
"Weak. Ignorant. And a fool."
He marches up to you and brings his face close to yours. He growls in a gravely way.
"I'm not finished with you, (y/n)."
He brings the cracked knife up to your throat. Its jagged blade just touching your skin. "So you'd better watch your back."
Static fills your ears, glitches flash all around, and with once last boom of laugher, Anti is gone.
Soon to be seen again.
