Chapter 9

Laksh, Sanskar and some other officials are waiting in the confference hall. The main chair is empty. Laksh looks at Sanskar,

"Sanky, you should sit there"

"Not me Lucky, there is other person who has to sit there"

Laksh looks confused.

The door slowly opens and everyone looks in that way.

Ragini is standing there at entrance.

Sanskar smiles looking at her and stands. Looking at him, all others stands.

"Gentlemen, here I welcome the chairman of this maheswari company.. Ragini Laksh maheswari"

All the board members shocks as they have listened two shocking news.

1. A strange lady is their new chairman and

2. Ragini Laksh maheswari.. when their sir Laksh was married?

Laksh smiles listening to it. Ragini walks to the chair looking at Laksh once. All claps their hands and she sits in her chair.

Laksh was looking at Ragini excitedly and happily. Sanskar clears his throat.

All looks at Sanksar.

"Gentlemen, Laksh and Ragini's marriage was registered marriage. Our father Durga prasad ji has left the decision in between us to decide who will be the next chairman and we all know Laksh has given up responsibility to me. So, being the chairman to this maheswari industries.. I have choose Ragini as our chairman."

says Sanskar and all keeps murmuring.

San:: if you have any doubts, ask us open..

A man stands..

"Before deciding the chairman of this industries, board members should also decide who is correct for this place. So, how can we trust this new girl?"

Ragini stands up from her chair.

"Every question will have an answer. I will surely prove myself as the correct member of this seat. Just, let the problem come. I'm ready to face it. If you all are not happy with my work, I will give up the seat humbly"

Ragini says looking at everyone. All the members keep patting the table showing their agreement. Ragini smiles and Laksh keeps looking at her admired.

Later,

All were sitting in their separate cabins. Ragini was discussing something with workers. Laksh was thinking about a chance to go to Ragini's cabin and talk to her. Laksh takes a file and goes into her cabin after thinking a lot.

When she went, Ragini was working with some files.

"May I come in madam?" Laksh knocks the door.

Ragini knew it was Laksh. She controls her emotions and nods her head. Laksh comes inside in smile and sits before her.

Ragini takes a gulp and she tries to keep her hand strong which is shivering in nervous.

"Madam, I came to discuss about a plot area..."

"umm.." Ragini just murmurs without looking at him.

"we are thinking to construct a shopping complex..."

"ummm.."

"and, some other are saying let's construct a school.."

Ragini looks at Laksh confusedly, and Laksh was looking straight into her eyes. Ragini drops her eyes soon couldn't match with his. Ragini keeps beating pen on the file,
