I quitted down – she was damn right. I zipped my mouth and threw away the key and she looked at me before speaking "You might want to get that key back if you want to speak to your girlfriend!"
I wished! "Umm miss she's not my girlfriend, I couldn't possibly date anyone like her!" she shook her head and walked away murmuring "Teenagers!"
I laughed full of excitement to see Ava- she really was my nicotine.
Ava POV
I opened and closed my eyes several times trying to adjust my eyes to the light and then I turn to my left to Find Erico next to me. "Um where's Sanchez gone- he was here before." His smile lowered down. What! am I crazy now? Do boys no understand ne nowadays. "He was here last week when you woke up ut it was a false alarm and then you went back to sleep".. He spoke up
"Oh!.. .What happened?... it's all so fuzzy."
"It's okay if you don't remember, that might be for the best... Everything is okay." "That's all you need to worry about!" He tries to convince me but I don't like that-I like knowing things; a lot
"Erico!" I whine and I see him try to fight it off but he relents.
"Fine, you hit your head pretty badly-the good new is that you'll have some pretty scars on your head from surgery.
Surgery? I can't muster up enough energy to speak but I'm sure my thoughts are evident on my face. " You needed a lot of stitches." He shrugged looking a bit ashamed.
"I...How...?" He opened his mouth and then looked down "Maybe it's best if you don't know all the details right away- you need to rest."
Erico keeps talking, his voice low and comforting something I didn't know he could do. The words weave in and out sinking and rising. I can't make out half of it. "Please tell me you're alright" I smiled back at him "Hey stop with that depressed face,I'm awake and alive-now I just need to get out of this bed and hospital." I shufled around but Erico was quick to stand up and gently lay be back down.
"Don't! you're not supposed to" I raised my eyebrows at him.
"Since when have you becomed Mr responsible."
"Since I met you" He said simply- that was so sweet of him to say that and then as the thought passed my mind he suddenly started laughing. I turned around to see if there was anything funny but nothing. "What's so funny?"
"You- Don't tell me you actually believed what I just said, I was always responsible even before I met you!" He winked at me. Oh for god sake I rolled my eyes at him and he stuck out his tongue. Childish much.
"So what's been going on with everyone,School, My Auntie. Oh my poor Auntie I miss her!" I cried.
"Oh well..." He started talking
