Kaya had fallen asleep in the passenger side when she was suddenly startled awake by Dean's music. She snorted and woke up, finding a couple of spoons hanging out of her mouth. She took them out and threw them at Dean while he laughed.
"Rise and shine, Sunshine!" Dean said and she rolled her eyes.
"We're here already?" Kaya asked, looking outside the window.
"Yep." Sam said from the back and Kate was just sitting there being silently grumpy.
"Looks like Katie needs a coffee." Kaya chuckled and Kate glared at her.
"Shut up, Kaya. Yeah I need a damn coffee." Kate said.
"I could use a cup of coffee myself." Kaya said.
"Alright, well then we'll stop at a diner but after that, we do some research on the victims' deaths in the town." Dean said. They all nodded in agreement.
They stopped at a diner nearby and they got out and walked inside. The place smelled like delicious burgers and coffee.
Sam and Kate found a table for them while Kaya and Dean went to order the food.
"So, what do you want, Princess?" Dean asked her and she gave him a look. "Oh. That's right. Bacon burgers. How could I forget that you love bacon burgers?"
"Just order the food, you dingus. Both Sam and Kate want rabbit food so get them a salad." Kaya told him and he cringed at the word 'salad'. Kaya chuckled at him and she looked over, seeing someone reading the news paper. It said something about a death of a person on the front of it.
She walked over to the old man.
"Excuse me, could I read that for a second?" Kaya asked him and he nodded, handing it to her.
"Just don't finish my word puzzles!" The old man said, a warning look in his eyes.
"Ha. No promises," Kaya joked then she looked down and read the paper. A man was found dead in an alleyway with his heart missing and apparently, it was just like one that happened a week before. Kaya instantly knew that they had a bigger hunt on their hands now. "Dean. Look." She pointed to it. Dean grabbed the paper and read it then he sighed as he looked at her.
"Great. That's just fan-friggin-tastic. I thought we were just here to kill a spirit, dammit." Dean said, frustratedly.
She gave the paper back to the old man.
"I thought I said to not touch my word puzzles! Now I gotta do it all over again." He mumbled the last part to himself.
"What? I didn't even touch- oh never mind," Kaya rolled her eyes and went back to Dean. "Let's go tell Kate and Sam."
They went to their table and saw the two laughing at something.
"What? What're you guys laughing at?" Dean asked them. Kaya noticed something on his back and took it off. It was a piece of paper that said 'I'm an assbutt' written on it. Kaya rolled her eyes and handed it to Dean. He threw his arms up. "Are you frickin kidding me? I've been going around with this on my back looking like a friggin idiot? I'm getting you guys back."
"Okay, Dean, let's get to the real problem." Kaya said, sternly.
"Oh. Right. So, change of plans. We're not hunting the spirit right now. Kaya just found out that there's a werewolf in town. Just killed a guy last night and also someone else about a week ago." Dean explained.
"Wait.. how do you know it was a werewolf?" Sam asked.
"Both the victims hearts were ripped out." Kaya said, simply.
"Okay. So it's definitely a werewolf." Sam nodded.
"How are we gonna find it?" Kate asked.
"Well, I guess we're gonna have to start asking around town. Starting with the victims family if he has one." Dean said.
"He does have a family. Read about them in the paper." Kaya said.
"And? What'd it say?" Sam asked.
"He has a wife and two kids. Wife's name is, Lizzy Farris. Kids names aren't listed." Kaya said.
"Okay. So Kaya and I will go to the police station, find out more about the family. You guys do a little more research of any other killings like that around here." Dean told Sam and Kate and they nodded.

"I'm Agent Paul Leonard, and this is my partner, Agent Cassidy Carter." Dean said. Kaya and Dean flashed their FBI badges at them.
"FBI.. what're you guys doing here? And from Arizona?" Sheriff Quinlan asked.
"We're following up on the cases of the two victims who had their hearts ripped out." Kaya said.
"Alright. Well, to be completely honest, I've never seen anything like this in my life. I've just been baffled with the whole thing." Sheriff Quinlan said.
"Hm. Did anyone witness the murder?" Kaya asked him.
"Uh supposedly, yes." He replied. Kaya narrowed her eyes at him.
"What do you mean by that?" Kaya asked him.
"Well, he says that he witnessed the death but what he was saying was all crazy." He sighed.
"Well, what'd he say?" Dean asked him.
"He said that he saw them rip out the guy's heart with their bear hands. He also said that the person saw him and when he saw their face, they had weird eyes and these sharp looking teeth with claws on their hands." Sheriff Quinlan explained.
Kaya and Dean exchanged a look.
"Huh. That is weird. Well, we'll go talk to the kid. Maybe was just hallucinating things from shock or something. It's possible he can remember things a little clearer now." Dean said and the Sheriff nodded.
"Okay. I'll give you the address." He replied.
"Oh, can we get the address of the victims family too?" Kaya asked him and he nodded.
Dean sighed and looked at Kaya.
"So, this is just fantastic. Werewolf and a spirit." Dean sighed.
"Maybe we need to split up. Sam and Kate hunt the spirit while we hunt the Werewolf?" Kaya asked him and he made his usual thinking face with his lips puckered.
"Sounds like a pretty good idea." Dean nodded.
The Sheriff came back with a couple of papers.
"So here's their addresses. Let me know if anything new comes up." Sheriff Quinlan said.
"Thanks, and we will." Dean said, taking the papers.
Kaya and Dean walked out and Kaya sighed.
"You okay?" Dean asked her.
"Yeah. Just been awhile since I hunted a werewolf." Kaya said.
"You'll be fine. You're a great Hunter, Kaya." Dean said.
"Yeah. I guess," Kaya nodded to him, thinking about the last werewolf she hunted. "Anyways, let's talk to the witness first then the family."
