He was punched by Cabir... Yes it was Cabir and not manik... Everyone was shocked coz Cabir has always been the cool guy of the gang.... Though he was a big prankster but violence was something that he never  believed in.

Cabir: holding pandit's collar and making him stand.... HOW DARE YOU... HOW BLOODY FUCKING DARE YOU SAY THOSE WORDS AGAINST MY SISTER..... I will kill you bastard....

Dhruv had come to release pandit from Cabir's grip.

With this Cabir left his collar.

Commissioner: manik please ask your friend to control his anger... This is a police station... Pls ask him to be in his limits.

With this she signs them.

Aryaman then narrated everything to the commissioner regarding whatever he knew.
His confession was a strong proof that pandit had kidnapped nandini.
After giving his statement he left.

Pandit is shocked to see her.. She gives her statement against pandit.

Manik: ab toh aap ke pass saare saboot bhi hai.... Ye chotna nhi chahiye commissioner uncle....

Commissioner: you don't worry manik.... I will take care of him.....he won't be able to come out...

Manik: Thank you uncle

Commissioner: oh come on manik it's my duty.... And waise it was about Malhotra's tum nhi atey toh bhi it would have been fine.... Your one phone call was enough..

Manik along with others move to leave when nandini stops in front of pandit and slaps him hard on his face. All of then exit the police station and are soon surrounded by reporters.

They start asking questions.

Reporter : congratulations ms. Nandini for winning this case. We want to know ki kya aapko dar nhi laga itne powerful aadmi ke khilaf case karte hua?

Nandini:Initially I was a little scared of that pandit... But then mujhe starting se aapne rights ke liye ladna sikhaya hai....
