As soon as everyone heard the loud scream everyone's expression changed from happy to tensed.
Manik at once realised whose scream it was.

Manik: shit nandini

And he hurriedly ran followed by others.

As soon as manik opened the door of her room he saw the scene that he never wanted to...
His nandini was sitting on the bed... sweating and shivering and crying badly. She was sitting hugging her knees close to her chest and was chanting manik's name.

Nandini :Manik... Manik... Manik mujhe bacha lo... Manik... Manik kahan ho tum...

Manik quickly ran and took nandini in his embrace.

Manik: shh nandini.. Sh kuch nhi hua JAAN   dekho tumhara manik tumhare pass hai... Tum safe ho.... Kuch nhi hua bacha.... Dekho aap apne ghar mai ho apne manik ke pass apne chacha chachi apne friends ke saath (manik was badly in tears seeing her like this but he somehow controlled his tears for nandini)

Nandini was not in her senses she was still calling for manik at last when manik saw that she was getting out of control he shouted holding her from her shoulders and making her realise her surroundings.

Manik :NANDINI HOSH MAIN AAU... Maine yahin hu tumhara manik.

Nandini as if suddenly realising that she was at her home safe... In front of manik she crashed in his arms and cried hysterically.

Manik too her in his embrace and was caressing her hair... He did not stop her. He knew how important was it for her to let out her pain otherwise keeping it all inside her will make her slip into darkness.. And manik having experienced it all his life was not at all letting her enter that world where he knows there is nothing except misery and pain.

Others were also badly in tears seeing the ever so strong girl like nandini to be in such a situation... Understanding that manan would want privacy everyone left the room after closing the door.
