Chapter 6

On seeing that nandini was not eating anything manik himself broke a morsel and started feeding her.. Nandini slowly ate that morsel. When manik was about to put the second morsel in her mouth she held his hand and made him eat it.

This gesture of Nandini meant a lot to manik and everyone.... Important for manik because he was happy that his nandini was not shutting him out and also everyone saw that hope that manik can only help nandini to bring out of this trauma.

Like this they completed their breakfast with manik feeding both nandini and himself.

After breakfast everyone sat in the living room and tried talking to nandini.. Cabir tried making her laugh by cracking jokes and getting into a fight with navya deliberately... But nandini did not respond to any of their efforts.

After some time manik felt that it was better if nandini takes some rest...so he took nandini to her room but not before assuring chachi through his eyes that  he will take care of her.

Entering Nandini's room and making themselves conformable on the bed... He himself tried talking to her but nandini did not reply to any of his talks... While talking manik realised that she was almost sleepy so he made her lay properly on the bed.

Nandini laid down holdings manik's one hand while his other hand was busy caressing her hair and making her sleep. Soon she slept and manik kept staring at her sleeping figure.

Manik's trance was broken when he heard a knock on the door.... It was cabir... He peeped in and through eyes asked him about nandini to which manik though his eyes replied that she has slept.

Cabir through his gesture asked him to come out for a min...manik slowly released his hand from Nandini's grip and came out of the room slowly closing the door.
