"My head is rushing." I grab my head, spinning round and round. "I... I see, his memories?"

"What do you see?" Kate asks, her gaze never leaving the subject.

"The lab in there." I pointed. "Grey, Rookie girl, and a red headed woman. So many needles. Holy..." I blink my eyes, wishing for the dark images of pain, suffering, and forged creatures to vanish. They didn't. They continued to haunt me, they cry for my help, for me to save them.

I began to tremble- shake- chills ran each and every way through my body. I cried out, "I can't! I'm sorry! I can't do anything!" Kate shook me, I heard nothing but muffled words as she spoke. The cries disappear as Kate thrusts my arm into my chest.

"Woah, looks like a bad time." A female voice sings from behind us. We spin around to look at her, as does the creature. "That's one ugly dog." She says, holding her hip.

Her tan skin glows under the dim lights. She rubs her hands on her maroon "Rebel" shirt, her black jeans were torn in the knee area, and her hair was twisted into boxer braids. She had almond eyes that screamed mischief. They were brown almost black, the same color as her hair, her smile on the other hand was pretty pearly. "I saw a guy back there, walking out of the bathroom, that guy looked dead! Might not wanna go in there for a while." She laughs, as if a deadly mutant wasn't before her. She looks from me to the trainee.

The trainee turns away from the girl's gaze. "The name's Riley by the way. Lost my manners for a second." The trainee stepped back behind Grey.

"What's your problem, Harper?" Grey stepped to the side.

"I-uh-just feel sick." She gradually became more and more suspicious. As I explain what the creature Z12-40's real name was, Micah, I noticed she avoided eye contact.

Kate had given him hope in the lab, the feeling that he was helping others, he loved her for that. She turned to him, squinting, staring into his plastic white eyes. He had some control over his body, not like any zombie I've seen.
