Love is timeless so cherish the times together

---

Ever since Ash and Serena kissed, they spent most of their time together, whether it was studying together, eating together, waiting together for the bus to get home or even talking through Skype at home. Even their weekends were spent together, at either of their homes

Gary Oak also had little time to care about our couple. At most, he teased them for being inseparable because they would just ignore him.

Teachers were starting to give them more homework and tests in preparation for their finals which were drawing nearer. Yes, the examinations that will determine their fate in which university and which courses, in other words, their futures.

In preparation for their finals, students had to undergo school-based preliminary examinations before their finals to see their level of readiness. When the results were announced, everyone was not surprised to see Ash performing outstandingly well, clinching third in class while Serena retained her throne as number one in school.

Serena

"Class, today is your last official lesson with me and the other teachers! So from now onwards, you guys will be on your own for the next coming month. Put in your best effort and strive for the university course you dearly wanted. Also, those who didn't perform up to the standard will have to come for extra classes, that is to say, those of you in the back three rows!" Professor Sycamore said.

"Anything else for me?" Professor Sycamore asked before taking his leave.

One student raised his hands and asked, "Can we still ask you questions during this one month to clarify our doubts?"

"No problem dear, you may!" Professor Sycamore kindly replied.

*Ding Dong*

"Ok class, any more questions?" Professor Sycamore paused for a while, glancing from left to right, "Class dismissed."

For some reasons, since this was the last lesson we had in high school, everyone was very unwilling to leave school.

"Serena, remember this place?" May asked casually.

I said placing my hands on my hips, "May!"

She chuckled, "This was where you flipped over your chair because you were scared of the cockroach, haha!"

"Fine, then did you remember what happened in the library?" I asked.

"What happened?" she curiously asked.

"That day, a boy came over to you," I paused, giving her a moment of suspense, "And he confessed to you in the library..."

Before I could finish my sentence, May covered up my mouth and whispered into my ear, "Don't say."

She repeated with puppy eyes, "Don't say, please."

I disregarded her and shouted, "And you screamed in the library!!!"

As we slowly toured the campus, we reminisced those times we spent at individual corners of the school, from moody moments to happy ones.

After taking our final walk around the school, we settled down at the school canteen for our final meal.

We ordered a free bowl of noodles from the lady owner of the noodle stall which she kindly treated us.

"Serena, there you are!" a familiar voice travelled from behind.

As May was sitting opposite me, I peered at her first. She muttered, "Your boyfriend!"

As if my brain ran at overclocked speeds, my eyes quickly lit up and I turned around to look at him.
