Blaine held Kurt close to his chest rubbing his back. "Shh, It's okay Kurt.. just let it all out." Blaine whispered into his ear sitting down in the basement of the hall. Kurt and Blaine had traveled to Lima for two days.

They arrived early this morning, and Kurt set off to look and make sure his fathers funeral was perfect. The funeral was at 2 o clock in almost fifteen minutes and Kurt had been crying all morning. The priest came downstairs to guide them upstairs. The sound of music came on and Carole walked first, followed by Kurt and Blaine who had a death grip on Kurt's arm, the next people was Noah holding Mason's hand.

"We are gathered here all to celebrate one thing; The life Burt Joseph Hummel lived in the 60 years he was alive." The priest started. "Burt Hummel lives by his wife Carole Hudson-Hummel November 23rd 2010, by his deceased wife who passed away 10 years ago, by his son Kurt Hummel and Boyfriend Blaine Anderson, his grand child Mason Hummel, deceased step son Finn Hudson who passed away last May, and by the many aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews.."

"We are gathered by thee love and affection shown between one family, the ever lasting acceptance of the things gone within this family. I would now like to present this as an open mic for a few minutes." The priest exited the stage and stood off to the side. Blaine stood up slowly and approached the mic stepping up to it.

"Hello, For those of you who don't know me my name is Blaine Anderson and I'm Kurt's boyfriend, when I first found out that Burt was in the hospital, It was the day of Christmas morning. He was the only father figure I had when I first became friends with Kurt. he was so accepting and excited. Burt was a one of a kind of dad, nobody could or would be able to beat him, and I'm so glad I got to know him, cause he is really terrifying when your the boyfriend and first meeting him." Blaine chuckled lightly earning a soft laugh over the crowd. "You will be gratefully missed, I promise to watch over Kurt for you." He exited the stage tears running down his cheeks as he sat back down beside Kurt.

The next few minutes many people talked on and on about Burt, until Mason got onto the stage holding his hands out for the mic. "Papa? I wove you.." Mason said into the microphone, Kurt smiled at him and then frowned when Mason began sobbing onto his knees. Blaine wide eyed rushed up to pick him up and taking him back to their respectful seats.

Mason continued to cry into Blaine's chest while he held him. The priest walked back onto the stage once the slideshow was done. "Burt Hummel was a hero, a loved father and held power. He owned an tire shop who is ran by Noah Puckerman a friend of his son, Kurt's. He was a very strong man and will forever be missed. The Hummel's ask that you please stay and enjoy the refreshments following the funeral."

The priest escorted the family back downstairs while the people upstairs made the tables and put the chairs cleaning the hall back up. Once downstairs Kurt held Mason in his arms and rubbed his back soothingly. "Shh it's okay sweetie, it's okay.." Kurt soothed. Kurt and Blaine went back upstairs fifteen minutes later and began talking to cousins, parents, aunts, and uncles.

Blaine stayed by his side the whole time taking Mason into his arms half way through. "Babe, we need to head over to the airport, our plane flies out in three hours." Blaine suggested pulling Kurt into a hug while holding Mason onto his hip. "Carole will be alright, Her sisters are staying with her for two weeks." Kurt nodded whimpering into his neck.

"Can we go now?"  Kurt asked titling his head, Blaine nodded guiding Kurt out to the taxi waiting for them. "The plane ride I pray that Mason falls asleep.." Kurt sighs sliding into it he frowned looking around. "Where is our luggage?"

"Already in the car, Honey." Blaine chuckles at his surprised look on his face before Kurt lays his head onto Blaine's shoulder. "I love you so much, Blaine."

"I love you too." Blaine whispers into his ear. "Night."

Blaine rolled out of bed smacking his alarm clock and going into the kitchen. He had to work today at 9 o clock, and he only had an hour and a half, hurrying over to the coffee machine and turning it on before walking back into there master bedroom and getting dressed and ready for the day quietly. He dressed into black jeans and a dark blue button up before going to lightly tame his curls down.

After he finished brushing his teeth he padded into the kitchen pouring himself a coffee and grabbing a bagel with butter and leaving to work. He arrived with ten minutes to spare walking into the teachers lounge smiling at all the teachers and workers. "Hello guys!" Blaine said cheerfully sitting down at one the chairs.

Wes rolled his eyes and moved to sit beside him. Wes was Blaine's best friend from Dalton Academy when he was just seventeen years old. "Did you get laid last night or something?" Wes questions sitting down beside him with his coffee.

Blaine laughs sipping his coffee. "We have a one year old, Wes almost two in April. I get laid maybe once a week." Blaine huffs out crossing his arms over his chest. Wes scrunches up his nose. "Oh come on Blaine now all's I can think about is gay sex." Wes whines groaning in displeasure.

Blaine laughs loudly causing him to blush embarrassedly. "I never knew a straight was so invested in gay sex, especially my own, your best friend.." Blaine smirks and then says the next part in a low voice. "We have the hottest most kinke-" Blaine was verbally cut off by Wes's hand on his mouth were Blaine proceeded to lick his hand.

Wes glared at him and got up throwing his own cup out into the garbage. "I'm going to teach some gym today." Wes replied before hurrying out of the room. Blaine rolled his eyes at his behavior crossing his arms over his chest. "Hey! Wes." Blaine called following after him. "Will you come with me to the mall tomorrow, I need your opinion and help with something." Wes nodded smiled. "Just text me the time." Wes replied. "What do you need my help with?"

Blaine chuckled. "An engagement ring." Blaine shrugged casually before walking down the hallway to his classroom to start his lesson of the day.
