Hey, guys! Welcome to this little piece of writing I call my own. This is the first piece I've posted here, but you all are more than welcome to go check out my crap on AO3 (Shadowstar) and FF.net (gzan), too, if you're really curious. I do have to say that my stuff on AO3 is newer, by far, and definitely better xD
FIRST AND FOREMOST: HUGE THANK YOUS go out to Kageera and KilimanjaroCoffee; the former helped reassure me that this was good enough to publish with help from the latter, while the latter also was kind enough to make the absolutely BEAUTIFUL cover. SECONDLY: Less important, but kind of a heads up: I write in limited third person. This is the way I've always written, though I know it's a little strange for this particular fandom. Hopefully this isn't too jarring!
LASTLY: This fic is done, and it DOES have a happy ending, I promise. Updates will be about twice a week, schedule permitting; life is oddly hectic being a professional dough slinger, and even more so with the American Thanksgiving coming up.
