How To: Meet Your Idol
First:
Make a twitter account, and follow a bunch of update accounts. This way, when your idol is in your country, you may know where they stay.
Second:
When you know they are in your city go to all the popular places and see if you can spot them.
Third:
Buy concert tickets; that way you will see them 100%. After the concert, stay after and see if you can catch a glimpse of them.
Fourth:
Get meet & greet ticket. It's probably the easiest way!
