Basic Winged Eyeliner
Steps:
-apply eyeliner baseline to your upper lash line.
-measure out how far you want the wing to go.
- draw a thin diagnol line out to the end of the wing.
-make a straight line from the tip of the wing to the middle of your baseline.
-fill in the outline.
-thicken the line at the base and make sure there are no spots left not filled in.
