Love a girl who writes
and live her many lives,
you have yet to find her,
beneath her words of guise.
'Why did you leave Hoor.', he folded his arms on the table and put his head down looking at her who hid her face by dropping it in her hands.
She lifted her head to look at him. He looked so much like Daniyal. But his eyes seemed empty to her. That fierce Dawood seemed long gone, the one in front of her was some one else. Some one different. She never imagined him in the posture he was sitting in. He was always the alpha one dominating his surroundings with his strong aura. She had submitted herself to him, but today it was different. He looked ready to submit. His eyes told the story of his sleepless nights.
She still wasn't ready to accept his submission. She didn't want to go back. To him. To her father. To that family and face the tyranny being multiplied by thousands than before. In the past it was only Dawood who used to afflict her but now she knew the whole society is about to criticize her.
'It seemed good to leave.', she whispered looking at him.
'How is my father now?'
'He is dead.', he said impassively and she sucked in a harsh breath.
'No you are lying.'
'He died three months after you left me.', he said from his former position.
'Ohh my god.', she covered her face with her hands struck yet again by his comeback.
'Why are you here?', she asked composing herself.
'Don't you know?', he asked and smiled mentally.
'No.', of course she knew. She just wanted to hear it form his big mouth.
'I'm here to take you back Hoor, can't you see.', he said coming out of his slouchy state.
'Really! Well I'm not going with you.', she said looking away.
'You have to.', he said raising his eyebrows.
'Wow.', she was practically shocked.
'I can't believe you still have the audacity to force me.', she had fierce look on her face.
'You don't have any right to keep my boy away from me.', now it was his turn to shock her.
But she wasn't. She was duly prepared for all his comebacks. She was ready to face him.
'Amazing! Weren't you the one who prescribed to finish him.', she said looking straight in his eyes.
' It's not a big deal, he's--'
'NOT A BIG DEAL!! IT IS A BLOODY BIG DEAL.', she was out of breath now.
'Leave.', she said. It was enough. Though she knew his nature but still his demeanor struck her hard again. How could he be so selfish. After all these years he came back to criticize her of her doings.
'I'm not going anywhere unless you both come with me.', he said as if take-it-or-leave-it-deal.
'And you still think we'll come with you.', she asked raising her brows.
'You have no choice.'
'YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BOSS AROUND HERE.', she stood up pointing at him.
