Chapter 29{ Big or Tall}

'He is very big.', he said while trying on his gloves that she had finally completed with a lot on her mind.

'Tall, you can say.', she said stretching her hands in the sun. Mild rays gave her some vitality in this freezing cold.

'Did he like me?', he asked while fumbling with the gloves.

'Yes.'

'Did he find me cute.?'

'Yes'

'Ahhh what is wrong with this thing?', he got angry with his gloves that got two of his fingers in one of it's space.

'Show me.', she brought his little hands close to her.

'But he didn't talk to me.'

'Hmm.'

'Why?'

'He found it difficult.'

'To talk.?', he asked making a weird face.

'Yes.'

'Why?'

'Sometimes it's difficult to talk.'

'Why?'

'People don't know what talk about.'

He now sat in front of her and didn't talk for a while.

'What is it?', she asked pecking his small red nose.

'Did he talk to you?'

She just nodded her head.

'What did he say?'

'He said that you are very cute.'

'And?'

'And we just talked about you and stuff.'

'What stuff?'

'Enough now bring me your school bag.'

'I want to know.', he said stretching the last word.

'God! I haven't even seen your diary', she stood up wrapping up the topic.

'Noooo, I'm hungry.'

'Ohhh please you've just had lunch.', her voice faded as she went inside leaving a brooding Daniyal out in the veranda.

He was attending a meeting with the Kuwaitians. They were really impressed and now they were here to finalize the deal. He was trying his level best to indulge but his mind was somewhere else. He was prepping for his next encounter with Hoore.

'Sir, the meeting is over.', he heard his secretary and he looked around. They were standing up from their respective chairs. He stood up and shook hands with them.

'Is there any other important meeting today?', he asked her and he informed him about the lunch with Mr. Sultan.

'Anything else?', he asked signalling her to hurry. She checked the diary further and informed him about the engagement party. Well this party wasn't something necessary.
