A/N: Recap. The chapter before the handsome devil comes in will only have occasional changes! And I know the ages between Era and Elena with their mom and Alaric and a bit wrong, but try to over look that.
I was with Jenna and she was telling Elena about her birth story. Again I tune out until I heard the name Isobel. I look over and remembered my mom disappeared when I was three, but came back when I was five. I let it slide however. Stefan gave them vervain to drink. Some vampire posed as a pizza man and Elena invited him in. He tried to kill her at school and it resulted in us staking him.
At Jenna's.. Alaric said, "I keep the Isobel talk to a minimum. Jenna paused, "Where was she from?" "Virginia, not to far from here", Alaric said walking away leaving Jenna puzzled.

A/N: Recap.
I woke up tired, but got in the shower anyway to start the day. After getting ready I left for the Salvatore boarding house after I had plans with Caroline. I walked in and seeing Damon sitting in the parlor, I walked up and poured me a shot of bourbon. He laughed, "I didn't take you for the morning drinker." "Oh I'm not, but what can it hurt."
After a few hours Damon and I got up to wake up Stefan and Elena, well they made up, too much info for me. "Morning Sleepyheads", I yell. Elena gets on to us, while Damon throws a joke, "If I see something I haven't seen before, I'll throw a dollar at it."
I burst out in laughter earning a glare from Stefan and Elena. I left to see Caroline at the Mystic Grill, we ate and talked about her and Matt. I was excited for her, she deserves to be happy.
I went to hang out with my father since we haven't since we arrived here. Stefan interrupted us, getting shot in the chest by father. He was there for the Gilbert journal. Unfortunately, we had to talk about Isobel and why we came to Mystic Falls..
"My wife was a parapsychologist; she spent her life researching paranormal activity in this area. Her work led us here. "Where is your wife?", Stefan questioned.
"Dead, A vampire killed her", father replied. I shook my head at Stefan, as I thought to myself about her. She was too obsessed with them I believe she turned that night and left. Stefan also remembers Anna from 1864 after the journal was found not to be on Alaric's desk.
