I woke up in a forest the time era looks like it was many years ago. I hear voices in the distance, but I can't make out what they're saying so I walk closer. "Era is here that mean something bad has happened." Huh, maybe I am dreaming, but this feels so real. I walk up further my instincts saying to trust this woman.
I make it to this hut deeper in the woods, "Hello is anyone there, I don't know what is going on?" A woman who looks like me, but her eyes are blue and her hair blonde. "Era your here because you died do you remember what happened," the woman spoke.
I thought for a moment before answering, "Yes I was a vampire, I was killed in Klaus's sacrifice, is that I'm here?" She smiled, "Yes dear my name is Eria, I'm your great grandmother. I'm sure you have heard about having witch ancestors. I was killed by Klaus also, I'm sure you have met Elijah he was like a brother to me. I was created to kill Klaus, but I failed because I gave into his tricks and fell in-love. You are a reincarnation of me.
"Are you saying I was supposed to kill Klaus, because it's a little to late for that. I do believe you though we look a lot alike. Klaus is an evil person I'm sorry that happened to you", I said as I hugged my grandmother. This is so unreal that is why Elijah kept looking at me with pity. I thought, "Wait is Klaus dead did they kill him."
Eira looked down, "No, Elijah saved him because he didn't bury their family at sea, he told him he would take them to him. I see you saved you father's girlfriend; You are very brave little Saltzman. You can see what is going on with your friends to, here take a look." I looked at the sky and willed to see my family and friends.
An image came, Day and my father were drinking with salty tears visible on their face. Care was crying on Ty because Matty and her were on the outs. Jen sat beside my father asleep from crying. Bonn was chanting holding my hand trying to bring my back to life. Elena and Jer looked down thanking me quietly for saving Jenna. Even with them mad at Elijah, my head was on his lap while he played with my hair, whispering a sweet goodbye. He thought I was dead because it was taking to long to wake up.
I turned to my grandmother with tears flowing down my face, "I am really dead they look so sad: They have me in death clothes as I like to call them." "Child this is just a part of your life, you are going to come back. You are not done yet. I cannot tell you your destiny, but I am sending you back", she finished and hugged me.

I smile thankfully at her, "I love you, I am sorry you had to die, I will not let you die in vain." Thank you Era, I love you to, you have grown into a wonderful woman do not let that go: I'm sending you now." I smiled, "Bye, I will see you again someday." After saying goodbye I fell unconscious.

Two days later.. Everyone had went to bed except Alaric who sat with Era's body. He was about to pull the cover off of her head when he seen the veins disappearing and her skin tone become tan again. He freaked out calling everyone to come down stairs seeing as everyone stayed at the boarding house. Everyone ran down the stairs and surrounded Era's body not knowing what to think. Except Elijah who went to reunite with his family.
