C H A P T E R FIFTEEN
"Hey Venus is here!" Nathan yelled the same second Venus closed the front door. She jumped slightly before Nathan picked her up and started spinning as Venus laughed as he let her doen before Brandon came to her and kissed his girlfriend. He hugged her as he whispered, "We need to talk today."
Venus nodded confused, but smiled anyways. She walked to Ivy who grabbed the girl into her embrace as they laughed. "I missed you so much!" Ivy said smiling as Venus cocked her head. "We saw each other like.. three days ago?"
"Exactly!" Ivy yelled, as if it was obvious. "Don't you realise how long that is?" Venus laughed as she squished Ivy's cheeks.
"I bet you spent your time with Terry." She said to Ivy, talking to her like a baby as Ivy's cheeks flared. Nathan furrowed his eyebrows, as he joined the conversation. "Who's Terry?"
"Her booyfriiend." Venus teased before walking to Brandon sitting on his lap as he pulled the girl close giving her neck a kiss.
Soon the Lockett siblings left the Johnson household, leaving Brandon and Venus alone since Jace was working a nightshift at a gas station.
"So what is it?" Venus said smiling as the two drank coffee on the sofa. Brandon smiled looking at her as he licked his lips. "You know I do love you," Venus nodded confused. "Why were you with Richie the other day? I know you were. Ivy spilled the beans." Venus sighed putting her coffee mug to the table, as she crossed her legs.
"I --"
"You want to be with him, don't you?" Brandon interrupted her as Venus furrowed her eyebrows. "Don't lie." He said looking into her beautiful eyes.
Brandon sighed as Venus said nothing, placing his mug down as he took his jacket and shoes. "Brandon." She said placing her hand on his shoulder as he shrugged her off.
"I need some time. Alone." He said before walking outside, leaving the girl all by herself as she looked at his disappearing figure.
