SIXTEEN

                          
"Hey, hey what's wrong?" Venus cried as she ran to him, clutching his shirt as he placed his arms around her. "Shh, it's okay.. it's okay." She cried and cried.

                          
"The -- The whole fucking world is falling apart." She sobbed as he tried to calm her down by drawing patterns on her back while placing his chin on top of her head but not before kissing her forehead. "No it's not." Venus had called Richie if they could meet, and Richie knew from the tone of her voice that something was wrong. 

                          
"It i -- is." She stuttered while crying as she held tightly on him. "I don't want to -- I don't want to see him." She said looking up at Richie who could only smile sadly. He hated to see her like this.

                          
"Sleep at my place." He said simply as she nodded, Richie wiping away her fallen stray tears. 

                          
Venus sat down on his bed, memories coming back. When they first cuddled, made out and well.. had sex. She smiled seeing he still had the same comic book styled sheets. 

                          
She looked at the night stand where was a bracelet she had bought him when they were fourteen. When they first started dating. The bracelet had her name written on it, and the date he first took her out on a date.

                          
"You still have this?" Venus asked, holding the bracelet in her hand as Richie looked at her embarrassed, a blush on his cheeks. Venus shrugged and placed it back on the night stand as she smiled. "I think it's cute." Venus smiled kindly as Richie laughed nervously, before sitting down next to her. 

                          
"So what did he do?" He asked as Venus sighed falling down on his bed as he fell down next to her.

                          
"He.. kind of cheated. Had some other girl." She said turning her head to look at him. Richie sighed as he opened his arms, and Venus snuggled close to him. 

                          
"Remember when we first had se--"
