C H A P T E R TWELVE
Venus sat down inside a booth as she sighed fiddling with her coffee cop. She was nervous, beyond nervous. She looked behind her seeing Ivy, as she held a magazine in front of her as she gave a thumbs up, in to which Venus shook her head embarrassed for herself.
The bell to the diner rang, as Venus looked up seeing a familiar face as she nervously smiled. She stood up as she walked to him, as he scratched the back of his head before opening his arms, as Venus walked to him quietly embracing the boy as she breathed in his cologne he had started using, since his mother now allowed it.
Venus closed her eyes as he held her tight. "Look I'm sorry, I.. I really am." Venus shook her head as she let out a laugh, while tears fell down her cheeks. "No, no I'm sorry, I'm so so sorry Eds."
He laughed slightly. "I brought some people." Venus pulled apart frowning as she wiped her tears, only for more to fall as she put her hand over her mouth. "Guys!" She yelled running to all of them as she laughed hugging them.
