As the party ended, everyone began to leave. Retreating back to their cars and or Ubers to make it home safely. Olivia sat on the catwalk with satisfied look in her eyes. This has been the best day of her life aside from when she grew into her figure in middle school. Adam sat next to his loving girlfriend and grabbed her hand. "The event was great baby. I'm proud of you." He complimented kissing her head. She closed her eyes in content laying her head on his shoulder.
"Thank you baby, I was hoping it wasn't bad. This was the biggest moment of my life and I want it to be perfect." Adam lifted a eyebrow looking down at her in question. "I thought you said no one was perfect?" She lifted her head standing up and walked over to a bar table grabbing her jacket and clutch. "Yea, no one but me duh. Everything I do have to be perfect or I wouldn't be where I am today." She said smiling while walking out of the building with Adam right behind her.
Back at the Harper residence, Alex and Isabelle was lying on the sectional couch they just brought. "This is one comfy couch, it's what I imagined being inside a Popeye's biscuit feels like." Izzy said as she closed her eyes cuddling more into her husband. He smiled kissing her head. "I'm kinda worried about what you imagine now or days but I love you no less." he said walking into the kitchen looking for some takeout menus.
She laughed sitting up on the couch walking into the kitchen behind him. "So Chinese for dinner or Indian food? I can never decided when we do takeout." Alex said looking back and forth between the two. Izzy snatched both of the menus out of hands and jumped up on the counter. "How about we just make dinner instead this time. I'm pretty sure if your mom knew we've been eating take out most of the time she would have my head." Izzy said as she put her hands on her hips.
Alexander moved closer to her and rubbed her arms. "She's just making sure we eat well. You know how much she cares about us." Isabelle leaned back and looked at him like he was crazy. "You mean she's making sure you eat well. God forbid I don't treat her baby boy right, she'll have my head on a pitch fork. We all know she hates me." Alex shook his head in disagreement. "She doesn't hate you, just cautious that's all. She talks about you every time she calls me." Izzy shook her head back. "The only thing she talks about that involves me is how much I haven't given her a grandchild yet." She said grabbing his face and kissing him.
On the other side of town, Olivia and Adam walked up to the door of their apartment, smiling and sipping on a Pepsi, they stopped half way in the hall, seeing as the door was pushed open. Adam pushed Olivia behind him and pulled out his gun. "stay here and don't move." Olivia looked at him with confusion. "You mean to tell me you had a gun on you the whole time? How did I not know that when I was feeling you up in the cab?" She asked surprised. Adam looked back at her and put his finger to his lips shushing her.
He opened the door slowly with the gun out in front of him and looked around the room until he stopped at someone sitting on the couch drinking a glass of wine. "Hello Adam, nice seeing you again." The person said as Adam put away his gun sighing. "What are you doing here? Got put out of your last home and need somewhere to stay again?" He crossed his arms as she looked up at him.
Before she could reply with a smart remark she always has ready for him, Liv came into the apartment screaming and running to her cousin Cassie Reynolds.
