Skylers POV:

The long haired serpent growled but walked away. "Well we have to get to school now...." Jughead said. (A/n= I know that Jughead goes to Southside High, but I said I would mix it up so Jughead still goes to Riverdale High.) "Cya Toni! Bye Sweet Pea." I said and we left.

"What was that all about?" Jughead said once we left. "If they want to challenge me, than a challenge they shall receive." I simply replied. "Only Skyler Fox." Jughead replied and smiled. I smiled back, turned his body towards mine, grabbed the collar of his jacket and softly kissed him, smiling into the kiss.

"What was that for? I'm not complaining though..." Jughead said, smirking once we pulled away. "So a girlfriend can't kiss her boyfriend now? And to answer your question, I felt like it." I replied and laughed. "Also, why did you use the excuse that we have to go to school?" I continued. "Well I felt like I needed to break that....whatever that was....apart." Jughead replied as we arrived at my house.

—Time skip to the next day—

"Juggie come on...we have to go to Cheryl's party." I said to Jughead when we were at the table. "Ugh...Fine." Jughead replied with a roll of his eyes. I kissed Jughead and we both left to go to Cheryl's house. I knocked on the front door only to be welcomed by Cheryl. "Hobo, bride of hobo. Welcome." Cheryl said and welcomed us in.

Jughead hesitated but walked in after me. "Great. Now that we have everyone....let's get down to the game. Hostess rules....you all remember LAST time." Cheryl said emphasising the 'last' and looking at Veronica and Archie. "Let's spin this bottle shall we?" Cheryl cut in and spun the bottle. I was leaning against the wall next to Jughead.

"Look who it landed on.....Skyler Fox aaaaaand the hobo. Oh well. Skyler and....the hobo get in the closet for seven minutes." Cheryl announced and pushed us in. To be honest, we could've taken her down but it doesn't really matter anyway.

"Well this is annoying." Jughead said once we were in the closet. "Being in a closet with me is annoying?" I laughed. "No no, you're fine but playing this stupid game at this stupid....party." Jughead replied. "Well we still have 6 minutes left." I said and looked at my phone. "Well what do you wanna do. Seeing as we're in a closet." Jughead replied and inched closer. "What do you wanna do?" I replied, smiling and we both inched closer and closer till our foreheads touched. Jughead kissed me softly.

"Seven minutes is up! Come on out lovebirds!" Cheryl said from outside once it was seven minutes. We pulled apart. We left the closet and made our way to the front door. "I don't think so you two." Chuck said and blocked our way. I felt everyone's eyes on us. "Get out of the way Chuck." I said, rolling my eyes and clenching my teeth. "Or what? What ARE you gonna do Skyler Fox?" Chuck replied in his usual flirty tone and came up confidently towards me. "This." I replied and slapped him right across the face, leaving a mark, pushing him out of the way so Jughead and I could leave.

We quickly left Cheryl's house before anything else happened. Once we were a safe distance away, Jughead stopped. "What's up?" I asked. "Chucks gonna have that mark for awhile." Jughead replied and laughed as we made our way back to my house. I unlocked the door and walked in to see Chloe, alone. We didn't know what to do, so we went upstairs. Jughead went to the spare room and I went to my room, leaving Chloe downstairs.

Chloe's POV:

Once the two lovebirds went to sleep, I turned off the tv and started thinking about Archie. We dated before the gunshot that killed Jason Blossom. We had recently broken up and I wasn't over it, heck I'm still not. I love Archie Andrews. With all my heart but I know he'll never be mine again. He's dating Veronica Lodge now.

The morning of the Fourth of July, I was walking in the woods before I left again. I came to Riverdale once again but only for 3 days. Skyler didn't know.....but I heard noises. I heard Archie's voice...talking to someone. Then I saw them. Archie Andrews and some other woman....making out. Then I heard the gunshot.

My heart was broken. I ran off into the woods and back to the car. "Did you hear that?" I heard Archie say before I ran off. Once I was back at the car, I sped off, the car roaring as I sped. I was crying the whole way back.

Skylers POV:

The next day, it was school. Just as Jughead and I arrived at school, I received a text from Veronica.
Ronnie:
Hey Sky! My old friend from New York is in Riverdale and I would love for you, Jughead, Betty, Archie and Kevin to meet him. Meet me with the gang in the student lounge.
Me:
Yeah sure. I'm at school with Juggy now. Meet you in the student lounge.

"Jug, Ronnie wants to see us in the student lounge. Old friend she wants us to meet." I told Jughead as we made our way there. "Great....another person I have to meet. As if I didn't need anyone else to meet. I can't even remember half of the Serpents names." Jughead said and rolled his eyes.

Once we arrived, Jughead and I sat down in the student lounge like we usually do. "Great! You guys are here! This is Nick St Claire. Nick this is Skyler and Jughead." Veronica said immediately and pointed to us. Nick smiled and shook mine and Jugheads hands, his gaze lingering on me for just a bit too long and Jughead hesitantly shaking his hand. "Hi Skyler. It's a pleasure meeting you." Nick said, completely ignoring Jughead.

"Nice to meet you too Nick." I replied but moved closer to Jughead. "I am hosting a party at ten o clock. All is welcome." Nick said and smirked at me. "Absolutely not." Jughead said and rolled his eyes. "Why not Jughead? You're just going to let down the gang. Especially Skyler." Nick replied and came closer to me.

I looked at Jughead with a pleading look as I didn't want to be without him around other boys. Especially Nick. Even though I was a former Southside Serpent. Jughead thought about it, looked at me and finally came to a decision. "You know what....I'll go." Jughead said. "Great." Nick said and smirked. "A party you say? I'm Riverdales resident 'it' girl, Cheryl Blossom. You said ten right? I'll be there at eleven." Cheryl cut in as she entered the room, clearly eavesdropping. We all rolled our eyes and left for class.

—Time skip to just before the party—

"Why did you change your mind Juggy?" I said while I finished getting ready for the party. "I didn't want you to be there alone with Nick. Somethings not adding up with him." Jughead replied. "I agree. As much as I know you don't like Cheryl, we have to keep an eye out for her. He seemed to take a liking to her. Nick seems....off and I don't want him near her. Or anyone else. He already nearly raped her." I said and Jughead nodded reluctantly. "Let's go." Jughead said.

(A/n= Hey guys! Do you prefer the larger chapters or the shorter ones? I was also thinking that there might be cast profiles but I'm not sure if I should do it. I feel like it would be a good idea, but I also kinda want you guys to imagine Skyler and her family. Idk but comment if you like the chapters long or short and if I should do the cast profiles.
