Skylers POV:

As Archie and Veronica approached the stage, Jughead and I started clapping. Soon enough, everyone joined in but stopped once the song started to play.

"All around me are familiar faces....." Archie started.

"Worn our places, worn out faces."

"Bright and early for the daily races, going nowhere, going nowhere."

"Their tears are filling up their glasses, no expression, no expression."

"Hide my head I want to drown my sorrow, no tomorrow, no tomorrow."

"And I find it kinda funny, I find it kinda sad. The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had."

"I find it hard to tell you, I find it hard to take, that people run in circles, it's a very very...."

"Mad world, mad world."

The song continued to play until Veronica just stopped and ran off the stage.

"Veronica..." Archie stated and ran with Veronica.

I frowned and looked at Jughead, Jughead just shrugged.

Before anyone could stop the music, Betty went on the stage and everyone stopped complaining. Betty started to seductively sing, slowly taking off her first layer of her clothes, revealing her black lingerie. She started to dance on a pole. Jughead and I were frowning at Betty with wide eyes.

"Children waiting for the day they feel good, happy birthday, happy birthday."

"And I feel the way that every child should, sit and listen, sit and listen."

I started to quietly sing the bit that Betty didn't. Betty continued to dance.

"Went to school and I was very nervous, no one knew me, no one knew me." I started.

"Hello teacher tell me what's my lesson, look right through me, look right through me." I finished on my own.

I sung the chorus while Betty did as well but I was next to Jughead and not on the stage. Jughead could hear the whole thing.

"And I find it kinda funny, I find it kinda sad. The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had."

"I find it hard to tell you, I find it hard to take. When people run in circles, it's a very very...."

"Mad world, mad world, mad world, mad world."

Betty finished and so did I from next to Jughead.

A tear fell from my eye as Jughead wipes it away. I hadn't realised that Jughead was listening to me.

"Whats wrong? That was amazing." Jughead whispered. I wiped away another tear.

"It just reminds me of my mother. We used to sing it all the time and before JC, Alec, Chloe and I went to bed, she would always sing that song to us. Do you remember that one time when you slept over? It was so funny. I really miss her Juggy." I said and chocked back tears.
