Four; The Pack is Back

Adoette wakes up and gets ready for the day before heading downstairs to see her sister.

"Mom left early and Sue called saying she wants you to come over again." Dani says and Adoette smiles at her sister mumbling an 'ok'.

"So How was yesterday seeing Seth and Leah again?" Dani asks and Adoette smiles at her sister.

"It was fine." Adoette replies and Dani snorts.

"That's a lie." Dani states and Adoette sighs.

"Ok. It was a bit awkward for me but overall it was good." Adoette replies honestly and Dani nods.

"Want anything to eat?" Adoette asks and Dani shakes her head.

"No thanks. I had some toast." Dani replies and Adoette smiles at her sister nodding her head.

"Ok." Adoette replies quickly working on making herself breakfast.

After eating she says goodbye to her sister who says that Sue wants her to stay for a while to talk to her and hands Adoette her satchel bag, before Adoette walks out the door

Adoette quickly walks up the he door and knocks hearing Sue yell 'come in' from the living room.

"I want to talk to you after you're done with the garden so don't just leave. Oh and you're taking the money with you and you're going to keep it." Sue says sternly and Adoette nods blushing lightly before turning and going to the backyard to work on the garden.

"I actually have a question Sue." Adoette says turning around.

"What is it?" Sue asks and Adoelle fiddles with her hands.

"How would you feel about helping me plan a surprise party for mom?" Adoette asks and Sue smiles jumping up, causing Adoette to jump slightly in her spot due to her being surprised.

"Of course I would! Why were you nervous?" Sue asks and Adoette just shrugs her shoulders.

"That's not an answer dear." Sue says, scolding Adoette.

"I'm just not used to so many people staring at me." Adoette replies pointing towards the pack and they laugh.

"Well who knew you were awkward when it came to people. I thought you were comfortable around anybody!" Sue exclaims and Adoette blushes.

"I'm going to go out back now." Adoelle mumbles before rushing towards the door to the backyard.

"She's kind of awkward and that's not normally how she is." Leah says concern lacing her face.

"She normally doesn't even blush." Seth adds and the pack just looks at him with small smiles on their faces.

"Do you honestly think that she already knows what we are?" Paul asks and Seth nods.

"She's not stupid and she's always believed in the legends. She always will." Seth replies and the others smile at the look in his eyes when he talks about her.

"Seth I have to go to the store can you please stay here?" Sue asks and Seth nods his head.

"We have to go too. Leah, Seth stay here ok?" Sam says and the siblings nod their heads.

"Bye!" Sue yells and the pack just waved goodbye to them.

"I'm going up to my room. Why don't you go talk to your girlfriend?" Leah teases and Seth just nods in reply, his cheeks red.

"Hey Seth." Adoette says and Seth jumps.

"H-Hey Adoette." Seth stutters and Adoette giggles.

"Where's your mom?" Adoelle asks.

"She went to the store. But she'll be back soon." Seth tells her and she nods.

"Can you come help me out back for a minute? I need you to move something." Adoette asks and Seth nods.

"Thanks!" Adoette says happily pulling Seth along with her.

"Seth. Before we get started I have a question." Adoette states and Seth nods at her.

"Are you a shape-shifter from the legends?" Adoette asks and Seth nearly drops the thing in his hands.

"Ok. Sit down please." Seth says and Adoelle listens to his request.

"Go on." Adoette urges him and he takes a deep breath.

"Yes. So is Leah and everyone else in the pack A.K.A Sam's 'cult'." Seth explains putting quotations around the word cult.

Adoette simply smiles brightly and nods her head.

"Is there anything else because you seem to want to add onto that." Adoette says and Seth smiles at her nodding.

"So there's this thing that happens and it's called imprinting." Seth says and he hears the pack rush through the door nearly falling on there faces.

Adoelle laughs loudly, "That would have scared me but then again I'm sitting here learning about shape-shifters so I don't think I'm all that worried."

"So continue please." Adoette says turning back to Seth and he shakes his head pulling her up by her hand and dragging her inside up to his room.

"Not in front of them." Seth replies and Adoette nods.

Seth and Adoette sit on his bed and Seth takes another deep breath.

"So back to imprinting." Seth says and Adoette nods.
