chapter 4

you woke up the next day with a small strech and a yawn as you carefully pushed yourself out of the bed your feet quickly hitting the ground with a gentle thud.

you looked at your alarm clock, "9:30am.. huh, funny.. the alarm didn't go off" you mumbled lazily walking over to your cupboard and picking out an outfit for the day.

a pair of ripped jeans, a (f/c) shirt and a zip up hoodie.

you held the jumble of clothes in your arms and clumsily made your way into the bathroom.

you dumped the clothes on the floor beside the sink, and lazily you stripped of your pyjamas and hopped into the shower.

you slowly stepped out of the shower and dried off your body with a towel, whilst putting on your clothes for the day

quickly you gelled up your hair (again.. if you've got long hair just put it in a bobble or whatever Idk.) and brushed your teeth.

you skipped brekfast this morning seeming as you were running a bit behind and otherwise you would have been too late to go meet lena.

you let lottie out into your rather small back garden and let her do her dinger out there before you left instead of taking her out for a walk.

quickly you ushered lottie back into the house and filled up her food and water bowl.

10:45..

"I've got time for brekfast right?" You said looking at the clock.
"well okay more of a brunch.. but still."

you quickly made something small to eat, surely you'd get something while you were out.

you finished up eating your (brunch of choice) and stuck on your trainers.
and before you knew it you were out of the door.

you were walking down the streets until you made it to your meet up place.

"hmm she's not here." you mumbled looking at the clock on your phone.

"I should wait.. maybe she's running a bit behind."

you stood there for a few minuites, you were about to leave and go back home until you saw her sprinting up to you.

"wait.. love.. wait.." she panted.

you gave her a concerned look "why are you panting like that?"

"oh, what? it's nothing love, just a little.. tired. that's all." she chirped.

"mm alright." you smiled.
"so.. what do you want to do?"

she stood there for a moment thinking, "uhh.. there's a café just down the road.. I haven't ate anything in a little while, maybe we could go there?" she suggested before quickly adding on "oh, and I'll pay, it'd be rude not to"

"okay.. that's what we'll do then" you cheered "and don't worry about paying I've got it sorted."

"I'm still paying" lena replied grabbing your hand completely disregarding the fact that you said that you would pay, and sprinting down the streets dragging you along with her.

"woah, calm down" you laughed making her stop in her tracks "we ain't in no hurry."

"oh, sorry love, false of habit" she giggled rubbing the back of her head.

"no worries" you waved off.
"so.. lena.. tell me a bit more about you." you smiled.

"hmm, well.. I was a pilot." she mentioned "one of the best" she smirked cockily.
