The Beauty in Life
I went outside to Cherry and I smiled at what I saw. She was standing her back facing me. Her leather jacket on as it always is. The wind blowing her hair behind her, her hair is so blonde it looks like gold. I stand there gawking like an idiot. She must've sensed it to cause this is what she said; "Well Dally are you going to just stand there and gawk at me like an idiot or are you going to come over here to me?" I could practically hear the smile in her voice.
I walked over there to her. I smiled and kissed her cheek. She smiled. "So what's up Cherry Pie?" I asked
"Nothing, except learning that I'm a little sister and a big sister I'm the middle child." She said "what about you?"
"Nothing, but I do have a question for you." I said
"Shoot." She said
"How'd you steal my heart? And how the heck did you get into my affections?" I asked
"I don't know." She said hugging me, I hugged back. So this is what Lauren has been talking about... She's been bugging me to try and find the beauty in life. I found it, it was right here with Cherry. It was right here all along.
<Tim's POV>
Me and Lauren left for our date. Wait what! What is happening to me! I, Tim Shepherd don't go on dates!
I was just about to turn to her and call the date off, but something stopped me. She's beautiful with her light blonde hair, baby blue eyes, how short she is to me. The way she smiles, smirks, grins, half smiles. The way she ties her shoes, how she moves her hair, and how she just lives. When I close my eyes she's all I can see, and her voice is all I can hear. What is happening to me?! I'm going soft! I thought to myself. "So where do you want to go?" I asked
"Let's go to the theatre." She said
"What movie?" I asked
"How about Cops and Lawyers 2?" She asked "I heard it was funny."
"Ok." I said.
I found the beauty in life Curly was always trying to find it. Well I found it it's right here in front of me.
"What?" She asked "you're staring at me Tim."
"Nothing, sorry." I said
"It's alright." She said and smiled
"You're the most beautiful girl I've ever laid my eyes on" I said
"Thanks." She said blushing a lil.
