Luke really didn't mean to eavesdrop, but as soon as he heard your name leave those boys' mouths, he felt almost obligated to.
"Did you see (Y/N) today? Gosh, if you looked at Luke and then at her, you wouldn't believe that they're father and daughter. A beauty, that's what she is." Luke clenched his fists. It was probably meant to be a compliment, but honestly, compliment or not, he was still vexed.
"That's it, all three of you, out!" He shooed the teenagers out of the diner and everyone stopped talking as they watched Luke's actions, shocked and confused.
