Snow Storm

Sink or swim, Zero.

God its almost my birthday. I'll be turning 19 this year and this is sucks I still have one year left at Yokai. How the hell was I supposed to know that I need to repeat another year since I failed to show up when school actually started. Oh well at least I have Tenshi and Mizore. I got ready for class and jumped from my room window. I need to walk around and think.

The promise I made to Mizore about my gift is all I can think about ever since Thanksgiving. How time flies, its February. I took off early before Mizore can show up to my room. I know it was probably a bad idea but I needed to clear my head. I just have this sinking feeling like something bad is about to happen. 

I finally made my way to the school and just stared at the door. My life is a mess but at least Mizore is my balance in this madness. I open the door and walk toward my locker. After I grab my book I head towards class. I wonder if Mizore is mad?  I open the class room door. I greet the teacher and I take my seat by Mizore.

"Peter you didn't wait for me today." Mizore said

I laughed, "I know I wanted to surprise you in class today."

"Fine but you owe me." She smirked

I looked toward Tenshi and realize that Moka and Tsukune were gone again for the third day in a row.

"The love birds are gone again today. Think they decided to leave the school?" I asked Mizore

"I could only hope. Besides why do you care? You have me now." She smiled

I smiled back, but I cant shake this feeling of paranoia. I feel like something bad is going to happen. I hope whatever it is turns to be nothing at all.

I pull out my notebook and start to draw. While I'm drawing snowflakes start to fall on my desk. "Mizore." I say turning to face her. She just had a devilish grin on her face. "We starting that again?" I ask.

Just then the class door opens and a girl walks in. A talk slender girl, black hair, green eyes, wearing a black leather jacket, black shirt under it, and a blood red dress, with black boots on.

"Class we have a new student today." Ms. Nekonome announced. "Please introduce yourself."

"My name is Tiamat laufeyson, but please call me Tia." She said as she bowed

"Thank you miss laufeyson. If you dont mind taking that seat in front of Mr. Garcia, please." Ms. Nekonome said

Tia nodded and walked over to her seat. She turned around and reached out her hand. "Nice to meet you. I hope we can be great friends. Who knows maybe more." She winked at me

I shook her hand, "Sure thing but it won't be more than friends. My girlfriend doesn't like competition and she has my heart already, sorry."

"Yeah Tia, he's mine, so back off." She said angrily

"Easy mizore, I need you in class not suspended." I say

"Only cuz you said so Zero." Mizore answered

I don't know who this Tia girl is but I got a bad vibe from her. She's quick to intentionally piss off Mizore too, which is bad. I should ask Mizore to do some spying later.

When class finally let out Mizore quickly grabbed my arm and walked me out of class. Tia just watched us as we walked out of class with a wicked grin on her face.

"I totally didn't like that look Tia gave us." I told Mizore

"Neither did I. It's like she's hiding something." She said

"Yeah same feeling I got."

We walked out to the court yard where we were going to meet Tenshi and Kurumu. We took our seats at the table and waited. About two minutes later they walked up and sat down across from us.
