Ch.32 Home

CHANELLE'S POV.

I am so happy today the twins can finally come home. I just wanna spend time with them in the comfort and privacy of our home. I wake up before the twins and mom do again and get myself ready. I put on light makeup and put my hair into a cute ponytail.

I change into black leggings, flip flops, and a off the shoulder white t-shirt. The nurses and doctor told me they're surprised of how well I'm walking for just having a C-section. I'm pretty surprised too. I feel perfectly fine. Just some pain at certain times but other than that I'm great.

I sit on the hospital bed and pack my stuff back up to be ready to leave and get the twins going home outfits ready. They have a matching JORDAN beanies, onsies, and socks. Me and Jovanny decided on it a while ago. I forgot about it.

My mom wakes up and goes straight to the babies of course.

"they still asleep?" she asks. I nod. "oh how sweet, excited to go home?" she asks smiling. "yes I am ready to just get out of here and go home" I tell her. "me too!' she says as she grabs her purse.

"I'm gonna go down to the car and put the car seats in the car okay? I'll stop and get breakfast too okay sweetheart I'll be right back" she tells me. I nod and she walks out.

The car seats WERE in Jovanny's car but he took them out and left them at my house. So we're just gonna put them in my moms car today and then transfer and keep them in my car from now on. I really can't wait until Jovanny is not even a thought anymore.

But right now a lot of the things I do, have him in mind and it drives me crazy. And not in a good way.

Once Lucca and Cecy wake up I change their diapers and put them in their outfits. They look so adorable.

"oh my gosh I have the cutest babies in the world!" I say to them in a babies voice. Soon after my mom came back. We ate the breakfast she bought from McDonalds and wait for the nurse to bring us the papers to be discharged out of the hospital.

"okay miss Chanelle I have the papers and you are ready to go home!" the nurse says coming into the room and handing me paperwork. "okay great thank you so much" I tell her. "would you like us to put you in a wheel chair?" she asks.

"no it's okay" I tell her. I pick up Lucca and my mom picks up Cecilia. While I was eating my mom took all the bags downstairs along with the flowers and balloons family members brought me. So all we gotta do is take the babies home.

We go downstairs and go outside to the car. My mom puts Cecy in her car seat with a soft blanket and I do the same with Lucca.

"okay, let's go" she says as she close the door and gets into the driver seat. I have to sit in the back with the twins so I sit next to Cecy's car seat which is between me and her brother.

"happy to be going home huh princess?" my mom says. "yup" I say as I stare down at the twins smiling. God I love my son and daughter.

We drive to the house and when we get there Cesar comes outside to help with the twins. No one wants me to do very heavy lifting so they help.

Cesar takes Cecy and my mom takes Lucca. I slowly go up the stairs and into the house. When I go in I see my brother, dad, Julia, and Stella waiting for me. They hug and greet me and the twins.

"I'm making dinner, your favorite, steak, salad, and baked potatoes" Stella says. "thank you so much" I tell her. Sebastian and Antonio carry the twins in their carseats up to my room. I told everyone I just wanna spend the first day home alone with them.

Of course it is very hard to resist but they understood.

I set up their bouncers and put them each in one. I slide them right next to my bed. I want them to sleep with me for the first couple months or so.

They look so peaceful and content. I turn on my T.V. and wait for dinner to be done. I kept going up and down the stairs to make bottles. It was a hassle so Antonio actually went to the store, bought a microwave, and put it in my room.

What a AWESOME brother I have. ♥

That definitely made it easier. They only woke up and cried two times in the past 6 hours. They must be heavy sleeper like their sperm donor.

When dinner is done my brothers help me carry the twins down there in their bouncers. Julia and Stella offered to keep them by their sides while I eat.

Of course Lucca and Cecilia were the only topic being talked about during dinner but I don't mind at all. Everyone is just as happy as I am.

After dinner me and the twins went back upstairs and I put them in their beds and I lay down in my bed. I don't feel comfortable laying on my side right now so I lay on my back and look down at the babies. I fall asleep with the happiest smile on my face.
