(Play Is There Somewhere by Halsey 💖)

Let's drown everything out with red plastic cups, liquor, sweaty bodies, and heated make-out sessions. She wasn't lost. She knew where she was going despite the crowded place. A lot of them didn't know who she was or why she was here, but she didn't care. She had to let loose with another guy who's following her back.

The two of them eventually came to a point where they needed drinks. So they got one for themselves. Chugged it down in one go, like how they would do.

"Who are those people?" One girl asked her drunk friend swaying around to the music. She was squinting her eyes at the pair as they drink and still kept a chill face. "Do they go to our school?"

Her friend took a look at the pair in the kitchen while drinking to keep it subtle. Leaning in, the other girl replied, "Probably the geeks transformed. Who gives a shit about them? Let's go dance!"

But the first girl insisted, "I'm serious here. It feels like I've seen them before. Clearly, it isn't their first time to this kind of party." The she stares at other girl. "Especially Cheryl's party."

"Maybe they just came here to have fun. I mean, it is a party. Let's just go, Ginger."

Tina dragged Ginger away from the pair and into the dance floor, which was basically the living room with the furnitures hidden out back.

It was a stupid idea. To even go here after hiding somewhere else, just to visit someone. Or moreover, see someone. The boy took a quick glance at the girl beside him and wondered what was going on in her mind. Why did she decide to check up on her after almost losing her mind?

"What's wrong?" He asked to the girl with a distant look.

She shifted, "I can't find her. Isn't this really her party? Shouldn't she be, I don't know... be with the jocks? Like Moose? Archie?" Her eyes looked up to meet blue ones. "I haven't seen that redhead for... months now."

Neither of them could recall how many months they've been hiding. The school assumed they dropped out with no letter or say in it. Their absence became a norm then. No one wondered where they went. After all, if the killer wasn't in town, they wouldn't have to worry. Still, no one knew it was them, Zariah and Xael appearing into Riverdale once again.

"We should probably leave. We can't stay any longer here. The longer we stay, the longer our faces will be exposed." He whispered to her. "If Jughead sees us —"

"Jughead doesn't like parties."

"If anyone sees us and recognizes us, we're doomed." He corrects himself while rolling his eyes.

"No, not yet. More minutes. I'll roam around and keep my down. Don't worry."

But even when Xael was about to say something to her, or scold, she left without a second glance. She pushed through bodies, swinging her head side to side to pretend. To blend in with the crowd. She had to change her style since everyone knew her for the chill, modern look. She had to settle for a different look. A more chic vibe with short denim shorts, combat boots, a V-neck shirt and a denim jacket that was different from her old ones. She wasn't there to grab anyone's attention. She was only there to her once more.
