All alone under the moonlight, sipping into her skin, Y/N sat in the middle of a field in the middle of nowhere. She took joy in riding her bike to a long distance from her apartment to here. All she could think about was nothing, everything, something, and her from time-to-time.
Staring up at the dark skies filled with white dots everywhere, she sighs. Her hands placed in between her legs, slightly opened as the tip of her fingers hovered above the palm of her hands.
I love you, I love you, I love you, she repeats. But you don't love me back.
They're probably at the bar, she thought at she remembered that Madelaine would be hanging out with her friend today. Meanwhile, Lili would be hanging out with Cole for the evening, leaving Y/N all alone at home with no company and led her here.
Her phone, buzzing, she got it from her pocket and saw Casey, calling her. She answers the call before placing it next to her ear.
"Hey Y/N, want to hang out right now?" He asks in a cheerful way.
"Uh," she starts. "I can't. I'm kind of... having a problem right now. I can't really go out. Wait. I mean, I am out but I just want to be alone, I guess..." She lowers her back to the grass and laid down.
"Oh, do you want me to end the call or...?"
"What, no. No, no, no, no. Stay. Just... don't leave me right now. I kind of need someone to talk to."
"Okay then, spill. What do you want to talk about?" Casey asks.
Y/N shuts her eyes, scrunching her nose before deeply sighing. "I feel jealous. But I shouldn't be, because it's stupid. I'm not in the position to be jealous of someone, Casey. It's ruining me."
On the other side, Casey rolled his eyes. "It's about Madelaine, isn't it?" Y/N didn't answer. "God, I knew it. Lili owes me twenty!"
"Wait, hold up, you guys made a bet?" She asks incredulously.
"Well, duh." He states as if it was the obvious. "I just said so."
"God, why am I even friends with you guys?" She asks, rhetorically. "So, any tips on how I could not feel this feeling that's consuming me alive? Is it possible for me to feel nothing?"
"There's no escaping love, Y/N," he told her on the phone. "And most of your time will be spent on screen with her, so no. I've got no tips for you and it's literally impossible for you to feel nothing towards Madelaine. I mean, come on, she's beautiful, dorky, kind—"
"And don't forget, she's straight." She said in a monotone voice.
"You can get any girl you want, Y/N!"
"No, I can't!" She retorts back. "Casey, she's straight and has a boyfriend and I'm just her on-screen girlfriend! For God's sake, I haven't even asked her formally on screen to be Zariah's legal girlfriend!"
"You soon will be," Casey rolled his eyes. "Plus..."
"Plus, what?"
"Yeah, I've got nothing. Good luck, Y/N!"
"Wait—" But suddenly, he hangs up and left Y/N to sigh exaggeratedly. "Fuck my life."

3:30 AM.
She woke up at 3:30 AM and it was still dark outside. The moonlight peered through the blinds as she groans, sitting up properly with the use of her arms. Her eyes fluttered open while her blanket falls her top.
