20. Epilogue

"I'm leaving, mom!" Tyler called out over his shoulder.

"Oh, wait!" Mrs. Joseph ran out of the kitchen to capture her son in a hug which Tyler gladly returned.

"I love you so much," his mom said. "I'm going to miss you."

"I'll visit mom, I promise. I love you. I have to go now."

The hug broke, and the brunette could tell his mom was trying so hard not to cry.

"Don't do anything illegal. I love you."

"I won't. I love you too. Bye."

He pecked her on the cheek and grabbed his two suitcases. He exited his house and strutted down the sidewalk to where Josh was waiting for him.

"You look beautiful, as always," the older complimented.

Tyler thanked him before shoving his stuff into the backseat. They piled in the car together.

Josh and Tyler were finally heading off the college, the same one to be exact. They both were going to play the sports they loved, volleyball and football. And this time, the college had a men's volleyball team for Tyler to play on.

"Are you nervous?" Josh asked, reaching a hand over and resting it under Tyler's skirt on his bare thigh.

"Yeah," the younger admitted.

"Why's that?"

"It's gonna be hard. And what if the guys on the team don't like me? I don't know. What if you find someone else?"

"Ty, I don't want anybody else."

He sighed. "I know, I just worry."

"Yeah, I know," Josh laughed.

"I'm also excited, though," Tyler spoke up.

"Why?"

"I can't wait to make new friends. It's kinda sad I won't have Melanie, Jenna, or Ashley though."

"You still have their numbers, baby."

"I know, it just won't be the same without them. Especially Melanie. I'm gonna miss her the most."

"You're making me sad," Josh chuckled, kneading Tyler's soft flesh.

"Sorry."

"It's okay. Wanna know how I feel?"

"Yeah."

"Excited."

"Why?"

Josh glanced over at Tyler for a second before returning his attention to the road. He had a huge grin on his face.

"It's the start of spending the rest of my life with you."
