Chapter Nine:Lost My Chance

I walk downstairs and I see rick holding Judy I smile and everyone was in the living room either asleep or just waking up I go to the cabinets and see them bare and then chad knocks on the door and he says "moma wants you over for breakfast all of you so".

I roll my eyes and smile and I say "let me just wake everybody" I giggle when carl groans trying to hide his face in the sheet "come on buddy wake up we're going to nanny's for breakfast" his eyes pop open and I giggle and he wakes up and sits up and I see everyone still in there pajamas and I say "come on guys we're going to my moms to get breakfast"

Everyone cheers as I walk out I slide on my shoes and Judith opens her arms for me I giggle "come ere baby girl" she kisses my cheek and we walk outside toward the house everyone talking and rick looks at me "I like yer moma she's very nice" I nodd and return the smile as he eyes my pajamas I giggle "yeah she is just don't get on her bad side though".

We walk inside and everyone was sitting down and mom says "alright guys dig in" I giggle when daryl starts to tickle me and I say "daryl dixon don't you dare I got baby in my arms" chad takes her from my arms I squeal when he starts to tickle my sides I slap his arm the slap making a big popping sound he clutches his arm "damn brae that hurt".

I giggle and Judith starts to laugh and I grab her hands my brother holding her "is that funny say uncle daryl stop it" I point at him and she points at him and gurgles trying to talk to him and daryl holds up his hands and laughs it's the first time I've seen him laugh in a long time and dad was talking with Abraham and I see moma made my favorite pecan waffles and bacon and eggs and toast.

I sit on the island beside maggie and the guys was either on the back porch or in the living room eating my group and family was huge rosita comes and sits on my lap I giggle and I fix my plate and I was talking to maggie glenn kept looking at her with so much love and admiration maggie kept smiling and Beth hugs me from behind I giggle and feed her a piece of my pecan waffle she moans "moma v your waffles are amazing".

Mom laughs and ruffles Beth's blonde hair "thank you Beth" michonne and Tara kept talking to my mom in the kitchen with us and she says "Deanna is having a small dinner tonight to welcome all of you" I nodd and she smiles at me and rosita says from my lap "and I got the perfect dress for you braelee".

I groan and lay my head on her back mom laughs and bubba says "braelee in a dress? that's gonna be a sight" I narrow my eyes at him braelyn smiles at me and rosita says "you can even get dressed with us brae I got a pretty dress that matches braelee".

She gasps and hugs rosita she giggles and pushes her blonde hair over her shoulder Tara rubs my shoulders and mom says "braelee always hated wearing dresses when we would go to church even skirts she was a tomboy through and through".

Rosita giggles "I can picture her being a little tomboy" rick laughs "I can too" I roll my eyes and mom smiles at me and dad says "she wasn't afraid to get dirty that's fer sure that's aldridge blood" I giggle and reply "more like Danny blood" he laughs and so does moma "yer daddy was a flirt though you can flirt but it's very seldom you do it I have no idea who you get that from" bubba smiles as braelyn plays with Judith "probably from me".

I smile and bubba continues "I remember when she was three I was eight back in them days carseats weren't comfortable like they are now and she hated riding in the carseat she'd scream and cry moma tried calming her down and I looked at moma and said 'moma please can I take her out?' moma just smiled and nodded I got her out put her in my lap underneath the seatbelt and she was fine" rosita coos "how sweet she was a bubba's girl huh?".

He nodds at her and smiles "yep me and her were like two peas in a pod weren't we?" I nodd and smile and rosita smiles at him and he says "she's had me wrapped around her finger since the day she was born" I giggle and lay my head on her shoulder and I say "I remember one time it was me and sasha we was at my nanny carlene's house during the summer I was maybe eleven or twelve and since tyreese was so close to bubba he'd always bring sasha because me and her was around the same age well one day bubba decided he wanted to ride the four wheelers I got mine out tyreese had brought his with him sasha got on the back having a fun time".
