PERSONAL BACKGROUND: Zeus grew up with his two younger siblings in a very traditional family that owns a traditional Japanese hotel. He grew up not knowing anything about pop culture. He went to his dream high school in Tokyo after graduating from Junior High and got to know about K-pop there.His close friend recommended him to audition for a few entertainments, and got accepted by ACE Entertainment at age 18.
TRIVIA ABOUT ZEUS: - He is often teased for his height. - He knows how to make traditional Japanese tea. - His family owns 2 cats but he's always dreamed of getting a dog. - He may be teased because of his height often, but he was the star player of his school's Basketball team. - He is close friends with Yuta from NCT (they were childhood friends). - He likes finding and listening to music no one else really listens to. - He likes giving nicknames to others, whether they like it or not, especially giving girls/fans cute names like bunny/kitten etc. - He works out to keep his body in shape and will force himself to do training on his own but hates being forced/told to do it. - His younger brother is almost 10cm taller than him and his younger sister is about his height, only short of 3cm. - He wanted to become a basketball player before falling in love with performing. - He sees Yuta as his role model as he feels that Yuta is better than him at almost everything. - He can do flips and tumbles but is very inflexible. - He is a huge Harry Potter fan and to much surprise, likes Hufflepuff the most. - He is close to VIX.N member Jiyeong.
HOBBIES: Zeus enjoys playing Basketball, reading manga and light novels, making tea, and collecting figurines.
SPECIAL TALENTS: He can bring his voice up to a very high pitch although it is never in tune, he is good with coming up with battle strategies (for war games), and can fail at doing very simple questions or tasks.
PRE-DEBUT ACTIVITIES: - He was featured in ACE TV Season 1 as one of the trainees. - He did a few advertisements. - He did modelling. - He was an ulzzang.
