The three of us watched in horror as Maggie scramble up into the lookout post. It looked as though she had been shot in the leg but either way she had walkers grabbing at her feet.
She narrowly avoided being attacked which had my heart pumping. From here there wasn't much I could do, I was stuck watching it all happen.
"We need a plan." Enid said.
"What we need is to get in there and help." I replied as I watched on.
"We cant, we'll all die.' Enid protested.
"I need to help Maggie and get her down." Glenn injected.
"Who's Maggie?" She asked.
"She's my pregbant wife. I can't just leave her to die." Glenn explained lightly and kind of desperately.
"Get into that Tree." I pointed and we all scrambled for the tree. I needed a vantage point to see what I would be up against to get in there. I needed to save Maggie, she's the only one who has always been there for me. No matter what.
As I climb the tree, there are hundreds of walkers clawing at the look out post as Maggie sits helplessly at the top with no way down.
"We have to do something." I said to Glenn and he only made a noise in agreement.
