|8| Thoughts

Currently you were walking to Betty Boops, you remember watching her shows while you were a teenager. You also remember the boys that watched her shows often fell face first in love with that women. Love. That reminds you of someone.

You then stole a glance at Mugman and oh boy did he steal your heart. You didn't believe ' love at first sight ' but in this case it was true. His enthusiastic and caring nature often left you wondering how did he exist, no one you knew was like him. No one you knew could compare to him. When you were near him you often had mixed emotions, on one side he was innocent and needed to protected from the harsh and cruel world you live in. But on the other side you felt as if he would protect you from anyone or anything that might hurt you.

Just by looking at him you felt the urge to leave small kisses all over his face. But you had to restrain yourself. You knew that this wasn't some fairytale where everyone's happy. This was real, where heartbreak and greed take up most of the world, and if you had that perfect life someone or something will come and mess it up.

But. When you were with Mugman you felt all your troubles wash away into nothingness and love and compassion replace it. You knew he couldn't like you back, and if he did he probably was lying making sure not to break your heart. You knew he would do that. He would seem like the time of person trying to make sure everyone's happy. At least in your eyes you saw it that way.

Your heart ached knowing that a person like him would never really love you, and you hate seeing one sided love. But then again..this is the real world.

You snapped out of your thoughts as you arrived at your destination.
Bendy, Boris, Cuphead, and Mugman walked in and you stayed behind. No one seemed to notice you not following.
Your thoughts started coming back to you.

' This is one of the times I wish I could die. '

Uncertainty was clearly drawn on your face but you didn't know it.

' What chance do I have? This is stupid I don't even know him that well '

A tiny spark of hope was all you felt as you knew that this is just some puppy love- nothing serous.

' All I can look forward to is knowing him better. If only if I had a few moments with him would be better than nothing '
You felt tears threatening to fall but you held back.

' It's not like he would fall for a stupid bunny anyway. He deserves better, I'm just a tag along '

" (Y/n)? " You snapped your head towards the sound.

" You ok? " Mugmans tone was filled with worry.

" Uh...ye-yeah just thinking. " You quickly wiped your tears away.

" You sure.. I mean I'm not trying to be nosy or anything! I just noticed you were gone and I came to check on you. "

Mugmans tone quickly changed to shy/awkward. You found it adorable.

" It's ok Mugs just...don't worry about me. " It hurt to lie to his face. The truth was you longed for his touch, You wished that he could whisper reassuring words to calm you down. You wished you could have him all to yourself. But you had to restrained yourself.

" Well.. Ok The guys are leaving. I'll tell them to wait for a while till you catch up. " You blushed seeing how he cared.

" Aw Mugs that's so sweet of you. Don't worry I'll catch up. "

(K guys I forgot to mention last chapter that the drawing I posted are only for clothing so I'm sorry if some of you thought that was the hair style or thought that the official look in the book. It's not it's just an example.) (Also the first picture from last chapter is what your wearing)

You fixed your neck tie and grabbed your satchel. Once you catches up with the guys y'all started on your adventure.
You weren't expecting a lot out of this but perhaps this is better than being alone in your house.

It's been a few hours and you were starting to get tired.

" Hey uh guys? " They all turned to you.

" I'm starting to get tired can we go on break? "

" Already? " Felix questioned. Then Boris spoke up.

" Yeah can we have a break Mr. Felix? " Felix looked over and saw bendy.

" Uh- yeah of course! " You walked over to Felix.

" What the fuck was that? " Felix looked askance.

" Do you know that bendy has...the ink illness? " Felix whispered that last part. You were to tired to care at this moment.

" Yeah Dumbass everyone here knows this I'm pretty sure. " Felix was taken aback at first but then smirked.

" Your tired aren't you? " Now you knew Felix was messing with you.

" No dip Sherlock. " Your tone was rough and sarcastic but this seem to make Felix laugh. You plopped down next to a tree and leaned on it Cuphead did the same next to you while Mugman sat next to Cuphead and Felix sat next to you.

" So...I heard you can shoot laser out of your fingers?? " Felix said as though he questioned what he just said. Cuphead simply nodded while Mugman exclaimed with a yes.

" That's insane. " You randomly blurted out.
