Stan and Eddie helped the boy up. Ben was breathing heavily, very heavily.

"Are you okay?" Elena walks forward and asked him. Eddie rolled his eyes.

"Obviously he isn't, Miss. Perfect," Eddie retorted, still pissed off at Richie. Elena swallowed a lump in her throat.

"Don't call me that," She glared at him and stepped back again.

"I-I-Ignore h-him," Bill whispered to her. "He's s-s-still mad at R-Richie,".

"Whatever," Richie shrugged. "What are we gonna do with him?" Richie yelled down for all of them to hear.

"Who has the biggest bike?" Stan questioned, scanning the bikes. Everyone pointed at Bill. "Bill, can he get on the back of your bike? We can ride up to the pharmacy and fix him up,".

"Sh-Sh-Sure," Bill nodded and ran over to his bike. "Help h-h-him on,".

Stan and Eddie practically dragged poor Ben on the back of the bike. The rest of the group mounted their own bikes and together they all cycled through the woods and out into Derry Town.

As they exited the woods, Eddie began rambling on about AIDS and safety.

"...I mean my mom's friend in New York City got it by touching a dirty subway pole and a drop of AIDS blood got into his system through a hangnail! A HANGNAIL!" He ranted, worried about the consequences of them helping Ben.

"Eddie, shut up!" Richie hollered at him. Eddie cursed out at him.

They all drop their bikes around the side of the pharmacy.

"Okay, uh, Richie and El-Elena, you g-g-g-guys wait h-h-here," Bill ordered. Eddie, Stan and Bill all run into the pharmacy.

"Glad we got to meet you before you died," Richie stared down at Ben who just looked back up at him, confused.

"Richie.." Elena warned. She was quite angry that Bill told her to wait outside with Richie, the last person she wanted to be alone with a sick kid. "So, what happened to you?" Elena bent down beside Ben.

"Henry Bowers happened," Ben grunted. "He tried to carve his name into my stomach," He raised his shirt to reveal a bloody 'H'.

"That psycho," Elena muttered under her breath, unable to take her eyes off the scar.

"Henry Bowers tried to kill you basically?" Richie summed it up. Ben just nodded and shrugged.

"I guess so," Ben mumbled. "So what are you gonna do to me?".

"What do you mean?" Elena questioned him. Ben sighed.

"I mean, how will you fix me up? Shouldn't you just take me a doctor?" Ben asked, stressed out.

"Good luck explaining that to a doctor," Richie snorted, pointing to the scar. Elena nodded in agreement. "If Bowers finds out you told someone, he'll do more than just carve his name into your stomach,".

"I'll be back in a second," Elena told the two boys. She walked off.

"Hey! Where are you going, hotstuff?!" Richie yelled at her. She ignored him and walked into the pharmacy, looking around for the rest of the group.

She spotted them and headed over.

"Can we afford all that?" Bill questioned Stan and Eddie.

"This is all we got," Stan held up two dollars. Bill sighed.

"Are you kidding me?" Eddie stared at the money in Stan's hand.

"W-Wait, you h-have an account here, d-don't you?" Bill spoke. Eddie scoffed loudly.

"If my mom finds out I bought all this stuff for myself, I'm spending the whole rest of the week in the emergency room getting x-rayed," He replied, smartly. Elena groaned.

"Wh- What are you doing here?" Stan turned and noticed her. She shrugged.

"I'm not spending any more time alone with Richie," She answered.

"But you weren't a-a-alone," Bill furrowed his eyebrows.

"I have to get some stuff for myself, anyway," She shifted uncomfortably as the words left her mouth.

"You have money??" Eddie spoke eagerly.

"My mom also has an account here. But she would never allow me to buy that stuff with it, sorry," She mumbled. With that, she went around to the other isle. As she turned the corner she saw a girl with fire red hair, looking awkwardly at the tampons and pads. It was none other than Beverly Marsh.

Elena slowly walked towards the shelf and picked out some tampons, trying not to make eye contact with Beverly. But she failed and Bev quickly grabbed a random pack of pads, wanting to get out of there as soon as possible. Elena sighed.

She walked back around to the rest of the group who was still stood there, wondering what to do about the kid outside.

"So you are on your period?" Eddie saw the tampons in her hand. Elena swiftly hid the tampons behind her back.

"Shut up, Eddie," Stanley nudged him. Suddenly, Beverly Marsh had entered the same isle they were on. Eddie dropped one single item as they all stared at her.

"Y-Y-You okay?" Bill questioned her, unsurely. Stan stood up straight from bending down looking for spare coins that could've possibly fallen under the shelves from other people.

"I'm fine, what's wrong with you?" She furrowed her eyebrows at him. Bill gulped.

"None of your business," Stan quickly replied. Elena hit his arm making him groan quietly.

"There's a kid outside, it looked like someone killed him," Eddie looked around for someone else to support him. Bill stepped in to the rescue.

"We need some s-s-s-supplies but we d-don't have enough m-m-money," Bill stuttered. Beverly looked over at the till.

"I'll help you," She said and pushed past us over to the clerk. We all exchanged looks.

Beverly began talking to Mr. Keane (the clerk) and chatting him up, trying to distract him.

"Let me know how it goes. I should go back out to Richie and Ben now," Elena whispered to them. "If it works, bring this out to," She handed a box of tampons to Stan. He stared down at the pack, awkwardly.

"O-Okay," He replied, nodding. She returned a smile and ran outside to store around to Richie and Ben.

"Took you long enough!" Richie exclaimed when he saw her coming back towards them. "I missed you!".

"Whatever," Elena rolled her eyes, a small smile on her face. "They're coming out in a minute...If this plan works," She added.

"What plan?" Ben asked.

"Nothing," Elena shook it off. Next moment, Stan, Eddie and Bill all come running down the alley.

"Here," Stan held out the tampons to Elena. She took them and thanked him. She quickly stuffed the box into her bag which was wrapped on her handle bars of her bike.

And then, Eddie leaned down and began working his magic on Ben's wound.
