Medieval Times...

So begins the tale of a young maiden. Y/n; just a simple name-but citizens from the small village she hailed from werent too fond of the said name. You see, she wasnt called by her first, last, or even middle name to address her. They used spiteful and scornful words to enrapture her said personallity. Dark Mage, sorceress, and the Devil's apprentice were only a few mere names to account for the young woman. But the name that seemed to stand out from the rest was witch. Y/n was named a witch by the village goers, saying she enchants women and bends them to meet her own desires. If not then the women completely vanish, not being heard from ever again. Wives and small daughters feared that such a vixen were to appoint there families in due time. While the small village people spurned her and spat inevitable curses at her she was forced to hide her face and dress up different times to keep them from ever knowing her identity ever again....

"Ah, No!" Y/n cried as a strong gust of wind had blew her bonnet off of her delicate head. She ran after the (f/c) bonnet, once she found it landed gently in a puddle also landing upon a said Princess's feet. She was merely taking a stroll to also take a break from her royal affairs that kept her chained inside the castle, forbidden to even leave. The princess had picked up the bonnet smiling gently at the young maiden "I believe this is yours." Her voice sounded very calming and secure giving the maiden a sense of stability inside.

"A-ah yes it is....Thank you, milady." Y/n kneeled over panting because of how far she had ran to get the bonnet. "S-shall I repay you?" Y/n laid a hand on her chest to try and soothe the rapid heart beat but the Princess smiled and shook her head no "I am honored for your sense of this but no repayment is needed. It already seems you've been doing plenty already." The princess scanned the (f/c) gown Y/n was wearing and how it looked dirty. She looked at the gown seeing the mud stains and scruffs then laughed gently rubbing her nose. "Well working in the lowest class possible is indeed a hassle my liege." She chuckled at what was said and she couldnt help but ask another question "What is your name?" "Its (full name) milady." Y/n had bowed for formality reasons but the Princess had told her that was not necessary.

"Well Y/n would you perhaps take a walk with me? If your busy with your own objectives dont be afraid or hesitant on your behalf to speak." "I-I have nothing to do, I was just going to run some errands but all this crazy stuff happened, would you look at that." Y/n smiled sheepishly but then started to poke her fingers cursing herself for speaking to a Princess like that. But the Princess patted the girls hair reassuring everything was alright. "You may call me Lucina." The girl became confused as to why that was said out of the blue "You wondered what my name was right?" "Sort of but I kinda already knew." "Observant I presume. You must really have a grand academic system to know who I am-since not many people seem to know about me." Lucina smiled wryly and looked away from you as you both walked ".....Yeah....lets just go with that...." Y/n gripped her sleeves and she kept her eyes averted to the ground "S-so milord, I-I mean Lucina?" "Yes Y/n?" Y/n's eyes seemed to have lit uo because in the first time for awhile some called her by her own name....

"U-umm..why did you come to visit this small little town of ours?" "I needed the break from royal affairs every once in a awhile. Its very tedious to be a Princess of a very high caliber." "Yeah...I can kind of understand. Being in a low class working 19 hours a day is exhausting as well. Being hated by almost everyone is fun either...." "Is that so? Im also disliked upon multiple people because of what my Father had did. So im left with an incredible burden upon my very shoulders. With certain objectives that need to be completed along with having the people accept me for who I am...not a political figure head. Being a Princess in others eyes may seem like a joyous life-accompanied by untold riches and what you want with just single snap of a finger, but thats not it all. I wish that I could be well liked as myself...not for what certain people perceive of me.." "To be truthful I never thought about all that good stuff if I were a royal, I knew that they never always had a 'good life'. I mean no ones lives are easy plus we have two sides of the same story." Lucina had glanced at the girl with a small shimmer of hope in her eyes "Your the first person Ive heard say such things. I feel that...not even magic can silence how I feel right now." "H-how you feel?" Y/n felt baffled as to how she said this so suddenly...Y/n looked into the Princess's eyes seeing she was enchanted by her cursed pendent, to bend one woman's wills and pit them against what they desired. She became dumbfounded and quickly covered up the pendant to have Lucina's eyes have there usual shine back. Y/n felt that now her life was certainly in danger she covered her head with a hood as it began to rain and clutched the sleeves once more, then running away. "W-wait Y/n!" Lucina went to go chase after Y/n but was suddenly stopped by a nun named Brady.
