Alexandra Kaileigh Jones was just a normal 11 year old girl (or at least that's what she thought). The date was June 18th and it was going to be a beautiful, bright, and exciting day for not one but two reasons. One it was Alexandra's 11th Birthday and two, it would be the day she would unexpectedly receive her Hogwarts letter!
Alexandra woke up to the sound of her alarm clock that sounded like a cow mooing. "Happy birthday to me! Even though some people may have forgot, I'll be fine (I always am...)." You see Alexandra is a middle child of four other kids, there is Ruth, the oldest child, James, the second oldest, Jack, second youngest, and lastly there is the youngest, Sadie.
Alexandra is a muggle-born witch so none of her siblings have magic in their blood (except for her of course). Not many people notice Alexandra (which can be seen as both a good and a bad thing) but she prefers it that way. At school no one talks to her except for when they ask her for the answers on a test, even though she doesn't agree with people cheating she gives her paper to them anyway. Alexandra prefers to be "invisible" as she calls it for many reasons
1. Teachers seldom call on her
2. She doesn't have to communicate with anyone
3. She prefers books
4. People don't make fun of her because "there is nothing to see"
