Chapter 7

I felt butterflies in my stomach. Mika would come out any second and I was growing scared. What if she didn't like me?

"Nervous?" Zayn asked.

"Yeah." I whispered.

"It's ok. She is really nice." Zayn said.

"Lea!!!!!" I heard a voice say. A girl came up to Lea and gave her a hug. She saw me and to my surprise she came up to me and gave me a hug too.

"Omg! You must be Destiny! Lea wouldn't stop talking about you all day yesterday. She was right. You look really pretty." she said.

"Thanks." I said. She smiled at me and I smiled back.

"No hugs for me." Louis said with a pout.

"Nope. I'll hug you later." she said sticking her tongue out.

"Anyway what are we going to do?Let's go to the park or better yet the beach."

"If you haven't noticed it's almost going to be 8." Liam said.

"So let's just go to the boardwalk." Mika said. "I'm sure Destiny wants to go too since she needs to get through her rites of passage."

"That's true!" Lea exclaimed. "But we can't go today. Maybe next Friday."

"Yeah after school we should just go." Mika said.

"School, that reminds me, you start on Wednesday. Your classes are with us so you don't need to worry." Harry and Louis said to me.

I nodded. "I'm hungry! Can we go home now? We have been standing here for almost an hour." Niall said. Everyone laughed and we all climbed into the orange van.

The drive back home was filled with different conversations.

"Louis can we go on a date tomorrow?" Mika asked.

"Sorry love, but tomorrow I have a date with Destiny." he replied.

"Wait what Destiny?" Mika asked.

"Destiny. The Destiny that is sitting beside you." he said.

"Oh ok." she said.

Lea's pov:

I felt jealousy in the air. Mika was jealous of Destiny. I couldn't blame her. The way Louis said it sounded weird.

We reached the complex and we all entered Louis' and Harry's flat. It was really clean and the whole entire table was set. Louis did a lot of preparation for his girlfriend.

We all sat down. I started the circle with Harry next to me and Zayn next to him and Destiny next to him and Louis next to her and Mika next to him and Liam next to her and Niall next to him.

"Guess who made this?" Harry asked.

"Lea." Niall guessed.

"She was at the mall the whole entire day with Destiny." Harry said. I could tell he was getting annoyed because no one could tell it was his cooking.

"Mika!" Niall screamed.

"Niall think. Mika was on an airplane while someone was making this food." Harry said.

"Zayn!" Louis exclaimed.

"Not you too. Wait you were with me the whole time and you don't know it was me who made the food."

"Harry!" Liam guessed. I started to laugh. I loved how Harry was so oblivious even though it was obvious that they were trying to make him annoyed. That's why I liked him. He was so adorable.

"Like who?" Harry asked making everyone look at me.

"What are you talking about?" I asked.

"You just said 'That's why I like him. He is adorable.' So who were you talking about?" Harry asked.

"Who do you think I like?" I asked.

"Liam!"

"Harry!"

"Zayn!"

"Harry!"

"Harry!"

I interrupted there stupid guessing. "How do you know it's one of you guys? I mean I could like anyone." I said.

Harry grew a frown and said "That's true." What was up with him today?

Destiny:

Dinner was over. Zayn and I headed back into our flat and I asked him "Are Harry and Lea going out?" just as he shut the door.

"No they aren't. Why?" he said.

"I was just wondering." I replied.

"You want to talk until 4:00 again?" Zayn asked.

"You bet." I said.

"Can we go to sleep now?" I asked.

"You said until 4:00. Just another couple of minutes." Zayn said.

"Fine then I'm going to go get some milk." I said heading into the kitchen.

"Can you bring me a glass too?" Zayn asked.

"Sure. Cold or warm." I said.

"Cold." Zayn said.

"You could get sick." I hand him his cup and we drank in silence. He started laughing.

"What?"

"You have a white mustache." he said. I licked it off and smirked.

"So do you."

"Yeah of course. Everyone gets a white mustache once you drink milk." he replied.

"That reminds me." I said going into my room to fetch my diary.

"New entry?" he asked.

"No I open my diary and I don't write in it." I said sarcastically. He didn't say anything after, just watched me write in it.

March 24

Today is a Sunday. I went shopping with Lea and we bought a lot of things. I almost got picked up by two guys, but Harry and Zayn saved us. Well Lea snapped and she told them off. After that we went to the playground and I completed two of the rites of passages in one day. It was really fun. I also met a girl named Mika. They were right. She was sweet and nice.

" Done." Zayn said. I nodded.

"It's 4:01. You can go to sleep how unless you want to stay up until 6:00."

"No I'm fine going to bed now. Good night." I said heading into my room.
