In a way the simplicity of Truth or Dare is what makes it enjoyable. Telling people what to do or what to tell can make you laugh till you cry.

I always forget the part where I'm put on the spot. After laughing about Frank's bizarre hit and run,Piper's makeover, after Leo's confession,and then Thalia's hair curlers fetish,I didn't really ponder what sort of things I would be made to do or to say. That was a mistake. Had I known what I'd do today I might've not come.

When Thalia was done showing off we sat back down in the cabin where I sat next to Percy, whom I was no longer angry at. Thalia, with an evil glint in her electric, blue eyes, turned towards me with a cruel smile. But instead of recoiling I stood straighter. She spoke in a dramatic tone. "Annabeth, Middle name omitted, Chase." I rolled my eyes and
she kept going." Truth or Dare?"

"Dare"

Continuing in her regular voice she gave me my dare " I dare you to , uhmm... Ooh! Travis Stoll is taking a nap, I dare you to cover him in shaving cream!"

" What?! " I shouted " Thalia please, he'll be pranking me back for months!"

But then remembering my stupid oath I begrudgingly left the Cabin to buy shaving cream.

The camp store ,thankfully had several bottles of shaving cream, so I paid Katie ( who was working her shift today ) 2 drachmas and took a couple bottles to the Hermes cabin.

Leo joked along the way , " what do you think he'll do for revenge?" He asked. My idiotic boyfriend joked too " probably steal her books" he managed between laughs" Or-or he'll just buy a couple spiders and and-"

"Enough!" I started" or I swear to gods you'll pay"

Percy and Leo were still struggling to quiet their laughing without much success.

" or maybe" Leo giggled "he'll take away her favorite blueprints"

Percy exploded and so did the rest of the group,except Hazel and Nico.

My face grew hot from embarrassment.I regained my composure and effortlessly judo flipped Leo and Percy;in about 6 seconds flat.

I continued on my way to the cabin of Travis Stoll.

Hazel followed me closely.

"Annabeth wait up Annabeth" she grabbed my hand and let me drag her along.

"Annabe-would you just-ugh -Annabeth please jus-wait-HEY!"

I stopped.

"What?!" I demanded sharply.

She recoiled and I instantly felt bad. I apologized softer " I'm sorry , I'm embarressed."

"But that's no excuse"I mumbled.

She walked and I followed.

"It's okay, really I would do the same thing"

No she wouldn't.

By the time everyone got there I was half way done covering the sleeping boy with shaving cream. It really was easy and maybe he wouldn't find out it was me .

When I was completely done coating Travis Stoll, I ran out the cabin followed by my friends.I surprised myself by laughing ...

something I haven't done in a looooong time.

Breathless we sat back in Percy's room. Time for revenge in 5 4 3 2...

"Oh Percy !"
