Diagon Alley

                                                                                       (Harry's POV)

     I was walking with Hagrid in this Diagon Alley place and he took me in to this place called Ollivander's Wand Shop. He said he was going to go get my books so he told me to just ask him for a wand.

I walked in and started looking around at this place with tons of boxes. Then I saw this man behind the counter rummaging through the boxes.

"Excuse me are you Mr. Ollivander?" He turned his head around and said, "why yes i am and who are you?" "I-I'm Harry, Harry Potter." I said nervously. "Ah so the rumors are true Harry Potter has come. Well Mr. Potter, would you like a wand?" "y-yes please." "ah well lets try this one." he said as he handed me a wand. "Well, give it a flick of the wrist." So I did as Mr. Ollivander said and boxes came flying off the shelves. "S-Sorry" I said putting the wand on the counter. He said "Well that's quiet alright, let's see" he said as he kept on rummaging through the boxes.

 "No.... no...... no..... no........ Ah yes. Well Mr. Potter try this one." He said handing me another wand. So i gave it a flick again and the window shattered which startled me. "Sorry!" i said handing him back the wand. "T-that's ok." he said. Then he muttered something and he fixed the broken window. I just stared with aw.

 Then i heard him saying something. "No.... no.... no..... wait, could it be?" He said grabbing a box and bringing it up to the counter. As he slowly lifted the wand out of the box he said, "Holly wood with phoenix feather core, 11 inches" He handed it to me. I flicked my wrist like I did with all the others but, nothing broke, nothing flew off the shelves, but then i felt wind and a light shined upon me. "Well Mr. Potter, looks like you've got yourself a wand." I smiled and I said "How much?" "Huh? Oh no you can have it for free." I nodded and smiled and as i was walking out the door i heard him mutter "Just get that wand out of my shop"but i didn't listen.

As I walked out the door I saw Hagrid, "Hagrid!" I yelled running over to him. "Ah harry there you are. Do you 'ot yourself a wand?" "Yep, Mr. Ollivander said it was holly wood with a phoenix feather core and it's 11 inches long." "Phoenix feather aye? Well that's a very special wand."

"Well we better get going to get you a pet." "A pet?" "Oh yes there are many pets to choose from." We stopped infront of the pet shop and i saw an owl in the window and I knew immediately that he was the one. "Do 'ye see any you like?" "Yeah that one" I said pointing to the owl. "Alrighty then" we walked into the store and bought the owl. "What are 'ye goin' to name 'er?" "I'm going to name her..... Hedwig." I stated. "Hedwig, I like it. Well, we best be off to Hogwarts."

(Can anybody tell me how Diagon Alley is pronounced? I seriously don't know, please help me.Excuse me for any mistakes I made. Just comment down below if there's anything you want fixed! I hope you enjoyed!)
